Una truffa in piena regola vestiti che arrivano e non si avvicinano minimamente a quello che era nella foto ...i resi non li accettano con scusanti che dovendo ritornare non so dove si potrebbero perdere e i soldi spesi non te li ridanno indietro.questa è una truffa legalizzata fregano a me 100 a un altro 200e così via ....ma come si possono fermare?

Terrible customer service. We know we risk buying a dress online but one reason we chose this site was for the return policy. We understood, based on the company’s return policy that we would be able to return the item. When we received the item, which was said to be “custom made” based on measurements I sent to them, the dress did not fit, even somewhat close to fitting. My daughter is very small and the dress was so large on her, as well as very heavy with a lot of material. It would have cost a fortune to have it altered so we chose to return. When I contacted customer service the day after we received the item, I was told we could send it back, to China, but we would have to pay the shipping and there were no guarantee that it would get through customs and if it didn’t, we would not be refunded any money. They tried to offer me 15% back and we could keep the dress. I said absolutely not, I wanted a refund. They again told me I could send it back, but it would very likely get lost. I am furious with this experience and do not recommend this site.

The products I ordered are of poor quality, ill fitting, and were received smelling of spicy food. They are nothing like advertised. They impose fees for returns, make you responsible for shipping costs, and only approve returns for items that are damaged, so don’t bother to order from this company. It was a total waste of time (shopping their website and waiting about 2 weeks for my items) and money.

Shipping took a month due to product coming from China (although it presents like the product comes out of the US). The product was so cheaply made and sizing was not anywhere close to their size chart. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

I am satisfied with my order.
I did have to spend an additional $42 to have the dress hemmed and add seams in back because with my shape there was loose fitting in the back.
The blouse was a little snug across the bottom, so I had the lady to give me splits on the side.
The color and materials - all good.

I would not suggest using this company for any reason. I never got notification that my order was sent. If took so long that I feared a scam and consulted my bank, who checked out the website for me. When my order came 3 1/2 weeks later, the dresses were not as represented on the website. I have been trying unsuccessfully to find any kind of customer service for two days. Their customer service links are not user friendly and keep looping back to no help whatsoever. I'm afraid I may have made a terrible 120.00 mistake. I hope someone will learn from my experience. This is a terrible company.

The fabrics were amazing on both the jacket and blouse. Fit was perfect and quality was excellent!

The ease of ordering and payment. I love the blouse, the material is soft and it fits well.
It took a very long time to receive it though.

I was happy with my shopping experience. So often navigating the website is difficult but this was easy and I loved the selections offered.
After trying on what I ordered - I need a larger size so a return is necessary. I will be returning the items but will place an order for a larger size.
Keep up the good work.

This company does business from Dubai. Impossible to return unless you ship out of the country. They post easy return but it is a lie. Not made in America and I returned back to their warehouse in CA with no refund. Shop American made ONLY!!

Pretty jacket but material a bit thinner than expected. Otherwise would be a 5 star.

I love the dress but it doesn’t fit. I’ve been trying to contact someone there to return it but it always come back as no such response. Someone please help!

Delivery was longer than expected but the items were as advertised

Beware, the photo of the clothes and the actual clothes are night and day different, and they will NOT accept returns. I was very unhappy with the quality and the fit was a joke. They offered me $25 credit, and I said I wanted to return the clothes and receive a full refund, I would pay shipping. Then they offered me more $ but refused to accept return and credit my account. I am stuck with this outfit I would never wear even to a Halloween party!

Dress is really pretty - only reason I gave it 4 stars is it took almost 4 weeks to get it and it didn't arrive in time for the wedding I purchased it for.

Although it took several weeks to recommend order, I was very pleased with the sizing & quality When I did request an update their customer support did respond each time. Once it shipped from their facility I was notified as well.

The dress is made well and fits perfectly.

It took a little long for shipping but the dress is really cute and made well.

Quality is good and the fit. True to size.
