We quick very easy

The process from Start to Finish was both proffesional but also human,not just form filling but speaking to people,which makes a huge difference.
Every step of the process was explained and someone was always a phone call or email away.
Fantastic service start to finish...out of 10 an easy 12.

From first phone call to Loans Warehouse, to completion. They were absolutely fantastic. The service they provide makes you feel at ease, nothing is a bother. It’s scary to reveal financial details but these guys are professional and kept me updated every step of the way from letting me know how long the application was going to take to completion. Friendly staff. Highly recommend if anyone needs them.

Everyone at Loans Warehouse who dealt with my home loan application was absolutely amazing! I had Kira, Kristy and Lisa helped me make the application smoothly and kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure what I needed and not missed any details. Excellent service and would totally recommend them!

Haley I can't really say any more but if she was single well she made my day everything ran just so smooth her customer service was second to none she helped me explained everything so clear even though im a bit deaf she was so clear.adr my experience welcoming comfortable relaxing perfect I must say she was precise with everything all was explained the good points and the bad ones we don't want any of them my experience with the company was excellent through our I went to recall Haley but she was busy her colleague can't remember his name sorry but he was so polite cuteous and did his best to help me I can't say any better than that only Haley's manager came to speak to me and even he was pleasant so all I can say my overall experience for the first time was well I would not look anyt where else I'm very satisfied with the company overall but I won't forget you Haley you made me feel welcome not many company's do that these days so from me I would. We needed a small loan to get a few things done in the house with a view to selling up. Struggled in the past with credit cars etc and weren't sure we would get a loan.
The staff were so helpful and understood our situation. Found us what we needed.
They were so patient and helped every step of the way. I struggled to upload documents but Zoe, in particular was just so kind and helpful.
Would highly recommend.
