If You Want to Get Ripped Off Do Business With LocalRealEstateLeads.net
WARNING TO REALTORS, MORTGAGE PROFESSIONALS, AND REAL ESTATE BUSINESS OWNERS — READ THIS BEFORE GIVING THIS COMPANY ONE DOLLAR.
I found this company through Facebook advertising, and Lauren and Megan signed me up through a Zoom presentation SCAM. I will be reporting this theft to my police department and handing over Pictures of Lauren and Megan - Thank God I recorded our Zoom meeting.
I deeply regret not checking their Trustpilot reviews before paying them $2,000.
I was promised 4 leads in my account by the following Friday by Lauren & Megan and when that didnt happen, After I finally found and read the large number of disturbing complaints on Trustpilot, I immediately asked for my money back. They refused to refund me.
I specifically told them that the extremely negative reviews I had discovered were the reason I no longer wanted to move forward. Their response was that they supposedly have more than 4,500 happy clients.
That raised an obvious question for me:
If there are thousands of happy clients, where are they?
Because what I found on Trustpilot was complaint after complaint from customers describing terrible experiences, wasted money, poor-quality leads, no legitimate leads, refund problems, and promises they say were never fulfilled.
I even asked Brandon, who I was told was the lead administrator, if he would simply let me speak with a few of these supposedly happy clients.
He refused my request and ended the call.
That did absolutely nothing to increase my confidence.
Then came my own experience.
I PAID THIS COMPANY $2,000 AND THEY DID NOT DELIVER ONE LEGITIMATE LEAD TO ME.
Not one.
I paid for a lead-generation service because I expected actual real estate opportunities. What I received did not come remotely close to justifying the $2,000 I paid.
Based on my personal experience, I consider this one of the worst business purchases I have ever made.
What makes this even more alarming is that my experience appears very similar to what many other reviewers have reported.
Other customers on Trustpilot have complained about:
@Paying hundreds or thousands of dollars and receiving zero legitimate leads
@Wrong or invalid phone numbers and email addresses
@People saying they never requested real estate information
@Contacts immediately responding STOP or requesting Do-Not-Call
@Leads being delivered from the wrong state or market
@Leads allegedly being shared with or contacted by other agents
@Promises of multiple "hot," "live," or qualified leads that reviewers say never arrived
@Poor follow-up and poor customer service
@Difficulty obtaining refunds
@Charges continuing after customers attempted to cancel
@High-pressure sales tactics
@Major differences between what reviewers say they were promised and what they actually received
One reviewer reported spending $2,000 over three months and receiving nothing of value.
Another reviewer stated they were promised approximately 8–10 live leads per month and did not receive one legitimate lead during the entire paid membership.
Another customer reported paying for three months and receiving not a single lead.
Sound familiar?
It certainly does to me.
MY EXPERIENCE: $2,000 PAID. ZERO LEGITIMATE LEADS.
I also strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully verify exactly who they are doing business with. Based on what I encountered and what other reviewers have alleged, you should also pay close attention to the business name, website, advertising account, and any other names being used before signing anything or giving them your credit card.
Do not rely on a polished Facebook advertisement.
Do not rely on a Zoom sales presentation.
Do not rely on verbal promises.
Do your own research.
Read the reviews.
Ask where the leads actually come from.
Ask whether the leads are exclusive.
Ask how they are generated.
Ask exactly what makes a lead "qualified."
Ask what happens when the leads are bad.
Ask what the refund policy is.
Ask for the promises made during the sales presentation IN WRITING.
And if a company tells you it has thousands of happy customers, ask to see independently verifiable evidence and legitimate references.
I WISH I HAD DONE ALL OF THIS BEFORE GIVING THEM MY $2,000.
In my opinion and based on my own experience, this was a complete ripoff. I paid $2,000 and received ZERO legitimate leads.
I would NEVER recommend this company to another Realtor, mortgage professional, or business owner.
If this review prevents even one person from losing thousands of dollars the way I did, then posting it was worth it.
BUYER BEWARE.
READ THE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PAY THEM ANYTHING.
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR MONEY.
REALTORS-RUN!!
REALTORS, RUN!!! I "signed up", booked a meeting; which turned into a high-pressure, upselling call, that gave instant red flags. I looked up reviews after the call & IMMEDIATELY cancelled. They REFUSE to give a refund of the $97 EVEN though I NEVER used ANYthing from them & requested to CANCEL!!
Scam Scam Scam times a million
Scam Scam Scam times a million. They now are running ads under other IG accounts and using marketing funnels that lead back to their site. I called them out on it and they denied it when it's clear as day the url has localrealestateleads in it. I hate lying companies...run away fast.
This is the worst real estate leads…
This is the worst real estate leads company I've ever worked with. They are deceiptful, dishonest and never produced a lead. They refused to credit back any money and refused to work toward providing any leads. Do not do business with them!!!

It’s my fault I didn’t check out the reviews. I did get leads but the problem is I am in Texas and the leads were in Arizona. Plus most had responses of Do Not Call.
I had signed up for 3 months and canceled after the first month and got charged for the other 2 plus a fourth month. I am in a battle right now to get my money back and getting the run around.
This is flat out theft.
total scam system should have checked…

Worst real estate lead gen company. I can make it long but thats all you need to know. Just RUN!!
- Extremely Disappointed
- Extremely Disappointed
Working with this company was a complete waste of time and financial resources.
My experience with their service fell far short of their promises in several key areas:
Lead Quality: The majority of provided contact details were either completely inaccurate, or the individuals immediately requested to be removed from our contact list.
Lack of Cultivation: They claimed they would work and nurture leads until they were qualified and ready for conversion. In my experience, this did not happen a single time.
Poor Communication & Reputation Risk: I was never notified when new leads were added to the system. When I manually logged in to review the activity, I was appalled by the messaging sent out under my name. The tone was wholly unprofessional, and the landing pages and funnels were poorly designed and reflected badly on my brand.
Non-Existent Support: Client support is practically non-existent. Once the initial payment was collected, communication ceased entirely—I never received a single follow-up call.
I strongly advise other business owners to look elsewhere for marketing and lead generation services.
I would give them a -1 for onboarding…
I would give them a -1 for onboarding if possible. On the first attempt, Ariana disregarded my concern about bandwidth and her insistence resulted in technical difficulties. She refused to continue her presentation and lied I missed my appointment after 20 minutes of engagement. Samantha constantly complained about hearing her echo and refused to continue her presentation on another day despite our communication orally and in the chat (written). Very difficult people. I already deleted their app from my phone. Good riddance.
One star is giving them too much…
One star is giving them too much credit. I should have listened to my gut and hung up when I was being pressured to sign up. The leads are total crap, there's no indication of what the supposed 'lead' responded to and if they did give a valid number or email the response was always STOP and DND. Don't waste your money or your time. Total scam
Total waste of money
Total waste of money. I spent $2000 and for 3 months, they delivered nothing. They recycle their leads and they are not exclusive. Don't give them your money. When you try to complain, they just send out a bot email explaining that they don't do refunds. The ISA is terrible and they do not do any follow up.
empty promises
They promise that they will be with following up on leads until they are "lava". I bought a 1k package for a 3 month campaign which they state brings in 40 leads a month. I am not sure how they generate the leads but most opt out and don't respond. No sign of follow up and the way they generate a lead seems week. But they can't provide where and how the lead is generated. So it could be all BS. For 3 months, I got 1 "lava" lead and I listened to the call from the rep. Totally untrained VA not listening to the prospect at all because he obviously said he is not ready to buy and cannot buy. I followed up with him and he is an illegal immigrant, in a ton of debt, unemployed, 500 credit score.I'm not judging this prospect at all but he literally told me he is not ready to buy which he already told the "internal follow up agent". Also, support responds to you like you should already know the answer to your questions. All in in all total scam and poorly ran company. The only thing they did well was loop you in pay for a package in which they promise you 2 deals a month. Runaway while you still can!
Over Promising and Under Delivering
If you want a company that over promises and under delivers, this is your winner! "
In my 3 months with them the "leads" were:
1) People who said they never had any interest in buying or selling in my market (Las Vegas)
2) People who bought or sold last year already
3) Invalid phone numbers and email address's
4) Wrong numbers
5) Leads already contacted by other agents.
I was told to expect 6-8 "hot leads" PER MONTH when in reality I got 2 hot leads total for 3 months, and one "Lava Lead" all 3 of which went no where in spite of my efforts. I've been in a the business for a long time and know how to work leads. I've had much better results cold calling leads using Mojo Dialer.
Stay away from this company. Far away....
I wish I read these reviews earlier
I wish I read these reviews earlier! This company is a scam, was told I’d get 6-9 leads and haven’t received anything after 90 days!! Then they tried to charge me again afterwards.
They wouldn’t let me give zero stars
They wouldn’t let me give zero stars. Absolutely the worst investment of my life! Would’ve been better to burn the money! Not one lead! I’d like to know how to sue them. You can’t talk to anyone to tell them you’re going to sue them. Terrible Company! Complete Scam! Who else has been scammed? Let’s start a suit against them. I want my money back!
This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I paid for 3 months of high quality leads - was told I would have a minimum of 8 to 10 "LIVE" leads transferred to me each month - did not receive one legitimate during my entire paid membership - again - not one. The employees of this company should be ashamed of themselves - total bait and switch. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER SPENDING ANY MONEY WITH LOCAL REAL ESTATE LEADS.
I paid this company for 3 months and…
I paid this company for 3 months and did not receive a single lead. Not one. I was charged month after month for a service that produced absolutely nothing, and it feels like a complete scam and a total waste of money.
If you’re going to take people’s hard-earned money, the bare minimum should be delivering some kind of result, communication, or value. Instead, I got zero leads, zero return, and a very expensive lesson. Selling people on promises and then delivering absolutely nothing is unacceptable.
I would never recommend this company to another agent or business owner. Save your money and invest it somewhere that actually produces results.
Horrible Scamming Company
Horrible experience. Just bait and switch. No leads came in to me and they acted like there was nothing wrong. I reported them to Internet Crimes and Complaints at ic3.gov
Nothing will probably happen to them but I'm so sick of people scamming me.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. The leads are fake and they promise a full refund at the jump if you're not satisfied but won't give it to you.
