I’ve had nothing but a great experience working with LP. Between my time on a Fortune 100 marketing team and in agency settings, I’ve seen a lot..... and the LP team truly has it dialed in. They've made our strategy, execution, and reporting feel smooth and easy — and the results are stellar.

I have worked with other Google Ad's companies who have very much over promised and under delivered. Logical Position is fantastic to work with. I have a call with my ads manager monthly. We have seen an increase in calls and bookings since partnering with Logical Position.

This company knows their stuff. We are getting higher quality quote requests since they configured our AdWords campaign. My rep, Pauline, is friendly and answers all my questions. Highly recommend if you can afford their services.

Onboarding was a breeze and the discovery calls were spot-on. I really appreciated the team taking the time to listen and learn the nuances of our brand right out of the gate.

We gave it a really good try. I had a great experience working with Logical Position, even though it ended up not working for my industry. I have a very niche industry, and Fred and I spent months honing it and dialing it in, to try and get good conversions, it just never happened.

I don't think it's their fault, Fred always booked extra calls with me, and we worked in depth on the ads, it just never became profitable for me to continue. When they saw that I was having a negative ROI we parted ways amicably. I may try it again in the future when the economy is better, the industry shifts, or there may be more opportunity for better results.

It's not often that I can partner with a company, lose money and still feel positive about them, but they always treated me fairly and I think they worked hard to try to get the results. If I was in another industry I think the management would have worked better.

I have worked with Logical Position for several years. I am the head of marketing in a small retail manufacturing company. I used to handle all of the advertising myself. It has been fantastic to hand off the ad creation and backend tasks to the experts. It has freed me up to create organic social content and focus on areas that I thrive in.

It's wonderful to work with a company, and specifically an account manager, who truly cares. Our account manager is Audrey and she's incredible at coordinating our advertising and ad creation with the different Logical Position teams who handle each aspect. We have a meeting to go over results each month, and she's always responsive within a couple of hours (or sometimes minutes) when I have a question.

I have already recommended Logical Position to many business owners, and will continue to.

He is a remarkable representative for Logical Positions and is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to LP for help with ads. With his help and the Social team, we had record sales on our Garage Racks. I asked a lot of them and they handled everything amazing!

Logical Position does a really good job with managing my ads and giving me advice on what should be done to better optimize them. My point of contact, Kent, is always quick to respond, professional, and very helpful.

If they put as much effort into their ad performance as they do into onboarding you and collecting your money, this would actually be a decent company. Unfortunately, their advertising service is terrible. I stayed with them for a full year and consistently saw a ROAS below 1.8, all while being locked into a long-term contract.

After switching to a new agency on a simple month-to-month plan, my results doubled within two months—something Logical could never achieve. Any company forcing 12-month contracts is usually just outsourcing you to an overseas account manager juggling 30 clients for $1,000 a month. You’re better off hiring a freelancer on Fiverr.

Logical charges premium prices for what is essentially low-quality, minimal-effort service. Save yourself the headache—hire a freelancer instead and you’ll get better results for less money.

Update: 2/9/26 - communications improved a lot after my initial review. I did feel they were trying to get me to change my review but I only changed it after I feel like they did things the right way. I am not sure if my campaigns are working or no, but this review is for communications and they have been improved! I will edit it in the future if needs to be!

My experience with them has been awful. Please read this review before you decide to work with them.
I have 2 websites that do well and I decided to use them as they had good reviews. However, their communication level is ZERO except for when it comes to money!
It has been over a month since I signed up with them and my ads are not live yet. They initially said there is an issue with GA4 tags and they wanted me to pay an extra $400 to get it fixed. It's been about 2 weeks and they just sent me a report of things I already know about my website and no update on the Tags issue!
I am really giving them one last chance if they don't have an update for me, I will take legal actions against them.
Do yourself a favor and find someone else with a better experience than these guys.
