Car wash failed at the Londis, Hinckley Road, Nuneaton. Manager refused to refund or provide a new code because ‘it was her profit’. She said I shouldn’t have driven out. I asked her how long I should have sat in my car without the wash working and with red alert lights flashing. She then said I drove on a silver strip (blaming me). I said I wouldn’t leave until this is resolved. The male manager said he’d got my reg plate and would put me all over TikTok and Facebook. Appalling threatening behaviour. Formal complaint submitted.

Very misleading pricing. The “2 for £5.50” sign was displayed directly above the beers, including Desperados, and there was no clear indication at first glance that it was excluded from the offer.

As a customer, I should not have to inspect every tiny price label in the fridge to work out which bottle the promotion applies to. I bought one Desperados and one Staropramen and was charged £8.88 for two beers.

For me, the way the prices were displayed was confusing and misleading. I will not return. Clear pricing should be basic customer service, not something customers have to decode at the till

Today to collect my vinted it said go collect.
The man said need code ok I look at my emails no code then find it ok.
His attitude was rude and frankly i've worked in customer service you need training!!!
I showed it he zaps it chucks it down so I just stand waiting for a thank you that never came so I said thank you!!
You are very rude and i walked out.

Two very friendly staff this morning; thank you. Shop is always well stocked and tidy. Very lucky to have a postal service and local store together in one location, and so close to home.

I went into a londis store on christchurch yesterday. While being served the man was on the phone to someone and speaking his own language and completely ignoring me while I was being served. Not happy 🤬

Ordered from the Oaklands one just now the driver come he put my date of birth in and it said I'm underage at 23 years of age and that I needed to be 25 and I told him to redo it and he said yes 23 is underage and left soo rude deffo a issue on his end with the app the fact his saying 23 is underage is just nuts like sort your just eat drivers out cause now I gotta wait days for a refund thanks to your incompetence

I visited the londis store at union street to drop off a few parcels. While the younger staff member who assisted with processing my packages was polite and helpful, the older staff member working at the cashier was extremely hostile and unprofessional from the moment I walked in.

When I politely asked whether the store handles Evri parcel deliveries, this cashier made a sarcastic and derogatory remark, asking: "Did you see the bin outside? You can drop it there." He then laughed at my expense.

Being told by a staff member to throw my personal delivery items into a garbage bin is completely unacceptable. This behavior is incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and entirely contrary to basic standards of customer service. Furthermore, a quick look at your Google reviews shows that this specific individual's rude behavior is a recurring issue that multiple customers have complained about.

I used Londis Barton Stacey nr Winchester. The Cashier was rude and inattentive and then accused me (wrongly) of shoplifting. When I asked to see a manager he came around the till, stood within two feet of me screaming to leave the shop. It was aggressive, threatening and wholly unpleasant. You need to improve your staff recruitment and training at this site. Dan Taylor

This place is rubbish. That guy that works there is always on the phone and goes at the back acting like his working. When I went to get fuel his always makes you wait 10 minutes or more before he come. They should fired him . This place does not deserve any start . I literally avoid there if I can

I am reviewing Londis, Oaktree Road, Marlow Bucks. The staff, especially the female staff, are rude, unpleasant and unfriendly. Most never smile, never say hello or goodbye and never say thank you. I do not shop in there any more because of their attitude. I'd rather walk a mile or two to the next shop than give them my money.

My son was accused of stealing by an Indian man in gislingham shop when he put the cornish pasty on the counter and going to pay for it

We use the local Londis London Road Harleston on a regular basis. The staff are very polite, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The choice of products is excellent.
Would thoroughly recommend this shop to all. They were also exceptional during the Covid epidemic and many people in the town would not of managed without their amazing service.

Today I went to shopping, before I shop I went to counter to change the winning scratch card, lady at the counter refused to change, she doesn’t want to give the money . Last week she shouted to me in Tamil language, she thought that i don’t know the language, but i know the language, I keep quiet and came out of the shop

Misleading opening hours,the store routinely opens 2 hours later than the official opening time clearly stated on its external signage instead of opening at 6.00 am opens at 8.00 am.
Poor Staff Conduct and Training, The staff members working at this location are poorly mannered and shown a severe lack of basic operational and product knowledge. If I could would score 0

First time I visited this store.was impressed by the variety of groceries,service was friendly and the fact the air-conditioning was on helped alot. Will definitely go again.

The toilets within the londis service station at Thurrock services fall well below the standard you would expect from a first world country toilet seats in both cubicles either off or not bolted in puddles on the floor I hope were water visible silt at the bottom of the hand dryer no wonder truckers pee in the car park which isn’t right either.

Staff friendly and helpful, showed mw to exact place for item I needdd urgently. Brilliant service and well stocked.

East Cowes Londis visited the 1st week of opening and wasnt imprssesed. Unfriendly staff, rubbish left for weeks on the pavement after opening and the salad purchased on my only and last ever visit was complete rotten and went in the bin. One to avoid.
