Issue I had was dealt with and sorted very quickly and communication was great. Gained a returning customer

Easy to deal with, fast delivery, product just as expected.

They didn't even dispatch the order until after the delivery date had passed, after 2 weeks wait for a 3 day delivery I got an email saying evri would deliver, or course evri did not deliver. I eventually gave up waiting for it to arrive, I received no replies or updates until I told them to refund the order as it obviously was not going to arrive and I'm still waiting for my money back. Needless to say I will not be trying to buy from them again.

Very impressed with their customer service!! We ordered a heating tube from them. When it arrived, it was a damaged box inside and the heater didn't work at all. We emailed them and they had it immediately collected back and sent us a replacement very soon after. A problem with the warehouse can always happen; what counts is their immediate willingness to get it sorted!! Thank you!

This company just ignored my request for delivery I had my items delivered with items missing I messaged London grow had one reply that they will look in to this but received no reply back yet

Very affordable pots but very sturdy and strong which makes bulk buying easier. Delivery was within about 4 days which was amazing

My X stream aeroponic propagator arrived in a timely fashion. I discovered that one of the spray heads was not working properly, contacted London Grow and a new head arrived the next day.
The system works well and in less than a week, in October, roots are appearing on some of my cuttings.

order arrived on time and all works how it should, well packaged, great prices and quick delivery received within 2 days of placing order.
