I love the products they're high quality

I love the products they're high quality and well made. Top notch packaging and instructions are provided. I've purchased several devices with great customer service and prompt shipping.

There customer service was awesome went above and beyond to correct a defective product for our Adult who has a learning disability they were awesome every step of the way and ensured us that a replacement product would be sent asap they were amazing and responded back quickly they made

Scam company?

Purchased a product from an offline retailer, stopped functioning the next day. Shop refused to do anything, pointed to website. Filled out warranty form, noticing site has no customer service to call or chat online with. Looks scammy already. Warranty form will not work. Only says "verify you are not a robot". Can't actually submit anything, so no actual service.
I want proof this company is not a scam

I wanted to write an updated new review…

I wanted to write an updated new review for Lookah.
I had an issue with a device and they were so quick to fix that.
Something else happened and they even jumped to fix that issue for me and have absolutely gone above and beyond to help. The new device I was sent is absolutely amazing. Straight banger! They’ve received a customer for life from me and for sure all my friends are amazed and excited to buy their products.

The number one worst experience of…

Here is me update with an edit to my 1 ⭐ review.
Still 1 ⭐ review. With this edit I'm making 6 hours from the time and date of 06/03/2026. Original review left after the first time using the product to big surprise disappointment on 04/07/2025.
It's now 14 months after my review and the vendor is now responding asking for a video of their failed advertisement and product that I had to throw away because there was no effective way of cleaning the device. I can't believe I now get an opportunity to get this resolved 14 months later that's 1 & 1/6th years later on I think it was a $70 purchase then probably more now.
With the false advertise and faulty device to the advertisement and a 14 month response time, this is not a company I will support and I recommend everyone who's thinking about buying from here to think twice and do third party research on the products your thinking of buying. I certainly don't trust this company as far as I could carry the company on my back by foot.
Still 1 ⭐ review. My rating would probably change if they at least had good customer service.
The email I got today the day of editing my review the email said you can edit your review if you want after reading the reply.
It's crazy ask for a video 14 months after it was made clear this device isn't as advertised. If this was eBay I would of been able to resolve this and got a refund as the item was not as d

The number one worst experience of purchasing a dab rig. I only have purchased about ten including the Lookah Seahorse 2.0.
The Lookah Seahorse 2.0 is not the actual product advertised on the videos Lookah has on YouTube. There is a lie printed in plain view on the front of its packaging. I left a review about this experience to this exact product then I received and email from Lookah asking me to explain further more so they could understand gave me an invalid link to click on and follow instructions to expand on why exactly did I give a one star review. So I wasn't able to contact Lookah and provide the information they asked from me in the email they sent me in response to one star review. They also said in the email that if I don't follow through and provide the information they are asking for they will subsequently have my review removed as it looks like I'm just complaining and making them look at fault for a problem they can't verify. Extremely horrible practices. After using the Seahorse 2.0 by Lookah to lie first about a product then have now way to allow a customer to leave an honest review. I'm sure 100% of every one who purchase the Lookah 2.0 has this exact experience where the customer thought the advertisement of this product was true but it's is not true. That is the detail that is advertised is not what the buyer will receive. I would of passed on the Seahorse 2.0 and bought something different probably I higher priced product. How ever I bought the Seahorse 2.0 for three reasons.
Reason #1. I wanted a electric dab device.
Reason#2.Lookah looked like a good brand.
Reason#3. Seahorse 2.0 consumer friendly pricing and easy cleaning.
For the three power points of reasons to buy why I bought the Seahorse 2.0
I got 2.5 of the expectations. The part that is a lie, is the advertisement that it is easy to clean. It even came with instructions on how to clean the Seahorse 2.0 and the YouTube video shows it's easy to clean, but that not the experience I had with my purchase. The instructions that came with for care and cleaning and in the YouTube video explains and shows how to clean it. The part that holds the tip is described and shown in the YouTube video and wrote on the front of the box "EASY TO CLEAN" and it just pops right off held in place by a magnet. How ever on the Seahorse 2.0 I received instead of the part that holds the tip populing right off with eas because it's held together with magnets, it's actually bolted together with some form of hardware like rivet's or pins.
And this causes it to be impossible to clean easy. Fails advertised. Sold me a lie. According to all the website YouTube video and the cleaning instructions that came with the Seahorse 2.0 I bought it's easy to clean. The "easy to clean" is the part that is 100% false advertising leaving every customer with a different experience of owning the Seahorse 2.0 disappointed that the experience of cleaning of the Seahorse 2.0 is completely different than advertised explained written and expressed to the buyer. Horrible company as I had no way to communicate with Lookah about it as the link they sent to me that doesn't work in an email in response to my one star review also the email they send me was from an email they do not take care of so there is no way I could contact them at all. This company could be a lot better. Had they never advertised it was so easy to clean I probably still would of bought it for the other reasons why a decided after much

Super hero’s LOOKAH Technology Limited

I am writing this review to express the incredible customer service at LOOKAH Technology Limited and their customer support team. WOW! Just wowed by the phenomenal customer service I received. My pen was damaged. I was literally stuck on an Island. Seriously! I had no other way to use my medical cart or wax. I am currently assisting a family member due to illness and had no way of leaving the location back to the states to get a new one. Just impossible. Also, this is very important. I love the performance of my Seahorse Pro Plus. The body is sleek, has a beautiful chrome color, the weight of it in your hand feels nice, and it has this really cool glass chamber that allows you to see the vapor coming up. You can also go online and purchase additional glass or carbon chambers. Very cool for changing it up with a mix of colors and styles. Any social gathering I was asked about it. So, I emailed LOOKAH. The customer support team at LOOKAH was happy to help. They were so understanding and were glad to replace it. What I loved most was that I was heard. I was treated to what I felt like was a family willing to get on deck to figure out how to replace and ship my pen to me. It almost became this little mission. The customer support team and account manager always kept me updated to what the next move was. At one point we all learned that a replacement couldn't be sent to the Island. No worries, the customer support team came through again! Like superheroes they sent a brand new Seahorse Pro Plus right away to a trusted family member that can later deliver it to me directly. What I want everyone to know is that I felt like I was being taken care of. Right now I need that. It's hard taking care of a sick family member along with other members of my family. The Seahorse Pro Plus is how I am able to take the day off. At night when everyone is resting I have my fav cup of tea and my Seahorse Pro Plus to relax . Mama can rest now. So a big thank you and a hug to everyone at LOOKAH Creative Technology Unlimited and their super hero Customer Support Team! The most respectful, caring, and professional customer service I ever received. You Guys Rock!!! 🤗

Great products from a great company

First, great items and great people. My Dragon Egg broke and they stood by thier product. I emailed and had a reply VERY quickly. People who say the customer service was bad are just too dumb to figure out how to send emails back and forth I assume.

We have been avid buyers of Lookah. When I asked for help, they were on it! We love these products and will continue to be customers for quite some time to come. We have purchased close to 50 various items and love all of them.

I have been using lookah products since…

I have been using lookah products since the first seahorse pro came out and have been a loyal user of a number of their vape tech. I have found all their products that I have purchased have been top notch. I have purchased 3 of the bear vapes as gifts. Every one loves them. They are well made easy to use and give a great vape experience. Customer service is also top notch. I had a small issue and they took care of it in a timely manner to my satisfaction. I find good customer service is tough to find. Not here the customer service is right there at the top of the industry. I highly recommend all lookah products. You won't be disappointed.

Great company, great quality! I love lookah brand! You can find it at any good smoke shop and their online store is cheap! I have about 4 different products from lookah and all still work as they did on day one!

Customer service is just bad

Customer service is just bad. Product doesn't work. Even the hotmail on their website told me It would get back to me and never did. I'm sure it relayed the info to a real person and I just got ignored. Long story short I hear they typically have great products but there are too many other company's out there to me treated like crap. Lost customer, sure they don't care

They replaced my Seahorse that was broken from the smoke shop.

I bought a Seahorse X from a smoke shop and I believe it had sat in there too long, possibly in the sun because the plastic was really brittle right out of the box. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement Seahorse X plus a Turtle battery for the inconvenience.

A+ Lookah Customer Service

Lookah has really great pieces for reasonable prices compared to others in the market. I have multiple pieces and appreciate the responsive customer service with any issues. I recently purchased a piece from a store that was defective and they made the process of receiving a replacement piece very easy.
