This company is swindling their customers
I used these biscuits for a recipe at Christmas. I found that it didn't quite work as I hoped. So I tried it again for NYE, for a party and this time weighed the biscuits very carefully at each stage. I found that the 250g packet was actually short by 21g. I weighed another, new, full packet and got the same result, so I checked my digital scales by weighing 'proper' weights on them to prove that they were correct.
I wrote to the company, sending them the photos of my scales with the biscuits and then the weights on, suggesting that they were short changing their customers by quite a large percentage and requesting a response. To date I have heard nothing. I have tried to contact their customer services by phone, by the number published does not work. You can only contact them by email. They are a popular brand but not a very good company to deal with.
