I hate doing reviews but I am reviewing this company and have read the other reviews that are on here. I am so frustrated just like the other customers. I love the stuff that I have received but when I asked for an exchange I didn’t get it. The company has received my items I can see this on their website as well as my United States Post office tracking when I looked it up. Absolutely no response. Second time this has happened. I should have known better.

I bought 1 pair of shorts and 2 tank tops in early August. The delivery time was fairly fast. The tank tops were way too small. I am always a size 6 in Lululemon, Athleta, etc., but I think I would have to go to a size 10. I returned the tank tops, and ask for an exchange, still wanting to give them a chance; however, this time around, I am getting zero response. I have sent emails asking where the exchange was, and after a while, I gave up and emailed them for just a refund, no exchange. I have since sent a couple more emails, but all I get are crickets. I keep checking my PayPal and still no refund. I will not be doing business with this company again and will most likely have to file a grievance with PayPal.

They failed to fulfill my order. Held my money for an item that I didn’t receive. Refused to extend the return time so that I could receive the missing item and try the outfit on together. Falsely accused me of staining an item that remained in the bag the entire time it was in my possession. Failed to correspond with me before returning the item to me. And kept my money!! You have to upload a photo of the item you want to return, which I did and they accepted it! This company has horrendous customer service and shady practices that result in them keeping your money! I had been trying to deal with them for almost two months!

This is a Hawaiian based "Instagram ad" clothing company. I wish there had been a trust pilot review about it prior to ordering or I would have never ordered from them.

THEY DO NOT ALLOW REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE. That should have been the first red flag. I ordered their "famous" pineapple pattern running shorts with the spandex lining with a side pocket for a phone. I was very excited about this item. I ordered a small, my normal size. When it came, the waist fit well, but the inner "spandex" was an absolute joke!! It was a flimsy, loose lining that was so thin and loose that when I put my phone into the pocket, it pulled the spandex lining down so far that it peeked out beneath the shorts. And I have very muscular, athletic legs, so the fact that these spandex linings were loose on me means that there's no way they are fitting the majority of the population. The lining was so loose, it felt like I was wearing two pairs of shorts. I was appalled, considering the pictures showed more of a "compression spandex" lining that you could put your phone into and go for a run in. There's no way you could run with these shorts. I tried jumping up and down and the phone was just bouncing around and almost fell out.

Not to mention that these should NOT be advertised as "running shorts." The fabric is thick and heavy. Not the nice, thin fabric you'd find on Nike/Adidas/Lululemon/etc. The zipper on the back is incredibly heavy too. It weighs almost 4 times what my normal running shorts feel like. I certainly would not ever wear these running. They are much more of a "fashion short".

Again, you CANNOT leave product reviews on their website, which is ridiculous so I am trying to leave one here for future customers. I hope you learn from my lesson.
