LoveitBookit Reviews

Booked our second cruise with loveitbookit this one with Matthew who was very helpful and had our holiday booked very quickly with no hassle I would highly recommend them

Have just booked a cruise holiday for 2028. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first time I have booked through Love it Book it so hopefully the holiday and travel plans will run as smoothly.

Wow! If our cruise is as good as the service we received when booking we’re in for a treat! We were helped all the way by representative Matthew Hawkins who had the patience of Jobe with the amount of questions we fired at him but his mannerism & professionalism in answering all our queries was excellent & led to us booking our trip with confidence so well done!!

I’ve just booked a Mediterranean cruise with Love it Book it and I am very happy with the service I have received from Olivia. I asked for a quote that included quite a few extras to the package and this was sent almost immediately. Any queries I had re transfers, cabins etc were answered knowledgeably and to my satisfaction. I already have another cruise booked through Love It Book It and received the same great service from John.

Olivia smith was Very helpful 👌 we asked lots of questions before booking , which was answered quickly and easily so where able to book with confidence once booked Information sent to us promptly within a couple of hours.

First class service from Olivia. She worked tirelessly with us to plan our perfect holiday to Alaska. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will certainly be speaking with her again to plan our next cruise!

Can’t wait for my trip

This is our first booking with love it book it, we booked over the phone and Olivia was so helpful going through all our questions and help with advice on cabins , transfers , airports and restaurants, she was so helpful we booked it

Extremely helpful, explained all the details and the cruise itinerary
Even helped to pick a cabin close to the stairs and lifts
Helped with flights from Manchester which weren’t advertised
Will definitely 100% use again

We have just returned from our 7th cruise booked with Love It Book It, as always a great experience.
The service received from any staff member is always of a high standard, they respond to any queries whether by phone or email.
The variety of offers available allows us to make the best choice for us; when a date isn't advertised as a full package they are more than happy to accommodate and put a package together.
This cruise allowed us to visit Italy, Croatia, Sicily, Greece and Capri, and included a pre cruise stay in our favourite city of Rome.
Looking forward to March when our next booked cruise date arrives.
Thanks again Love It Book It team

Absolutely wonderful professional friendly reassuring service from Olivia Smith, thank you so very much!!!

Stuart was very helpful and explained everything to me really well. Was very pleasant over the phone & it was easy to get in touch with him. Left a message & he phoned me back as soon as he could.

Excellent service & great value holidays from this company. The particular cruise specialist (Matthew Hawkins) we used from LIBI was very knowledgeable, quick replies to the questions we had, including answers to us in his days off.
Would certainly recommend this company

First time booking with Loveitbookit. I had a great conversation with Stuart before deciding to book, which he put my mind at ease with all the questions I had. Stuart was also very thorough and knowledgeable during my actual booking going through all the holiday details for the Maple leaf Adventure, September 2028. Would thoroughly recommend.

Booked by phone. Advisor was extremely helpful and clearly explained everything. Would definitely use service again and recommend to others.

We have booked through LoveItBookIt supported by Olivia several times now. The knowledge, support and service Olivia delivers is truly exceptional. This helps us to make the best informed decisions and therefore leads to fantastic travel experiences. I do not hesitate to recommend Olivia and LoveItBookIt.

Natalie & John were extremely helpful with our booking. It wasn't straightforward as our trip needed to be customised. They were helpful with advice through the process.
This is our second trip with LoveItBookIt. The first was completed back in March 2026.

After watching loveitbookit on the tv we were very interested in a particular cruise. Phoned and spoke to Olivia Smith who was very knowledgeable and advised us on the best cabin. We are looking forward to our cruise and would definitely book with loveitbookit again based on the service we have received so far.

Booked with this company before for an Australian cruise which was flawless from start to finish, so booking another was a no brainer. The price, the inclusive benefits and a friendly, knowledgable voice on the phone made it a very easy decision to make.

Stuart was a great help … knowledgeable and professional
