Lovemybedss Reviews

I cannot recommend lovemybedss.co.uk highly enough! From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was truly exceptional. The team kept us fully informed every step of the way, providing regular updates right up until our delivery date and never leaving us in the dark. Any queries we had were answered promptly and professionally — it’s rare to find a company that genuinely goes above and beyond like this.
On the day of delivery, Amit and Yusuf were absolutely brilliant. They kept us updated on their arrival time throughout the morning, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. Their professionalism and friendly attitude were a breath of fresh air — real credit to the company.
If you’re looking for a bed retailer that combines great products with outstanding customer service at every stage of the process, look no further. We’ll definitely be returning customers. Thank you to the whole team at lovemybedss.co.uk!

We ordered a cinema sofa and are delighted! It is so comfy, the colour is great (we picked forest green in velvet). I loved that you can customise the size and specifications so much - considering that the delivery time was incredibly quick! (One week from order for a customised sofa is incredible). Dealing with the company was also very nice, they were prompt to respond and you felt like you are actually talking to a person and agreeing stuff rather than call centre/scripted customer service people.

The best sofa I ever had. Communication was great. Sami respected my property and assembled the sofa very profesional guy and very honest guy!! I recommend them… thank you

So helpful and professional. Went above and beyond to help bring everything in and also helped us understand how to connect everything together. Would order again anytime. 5/5 customer service thankyou very much. :)

Fantastic quick delivery product as described defiantley would use again

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received from the delivery team who brought my bed and sofa. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.

They arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made sure both items were placed exactly where I wanted them. What stood out most was their positive attitude—they were polite, respectful of my home, and happy to go the extra mile to ensure everything was set up properly.

It’s not often you come across such a reliable and considerate team, and I believe they truly represent your company in the best possible way. I hope their efforts are recognised, as they made what could have been a stressful delivery feel easy and straightforward.

Thank you again for such outstanding service from Sami and shobhakar

Great online advice, super quick delivery and the delivery guys Amit and Faizan worked really hard to deliver to our 2nd floor flat, excellent service all round ... and the sofa is pretty decent as well, thank you 😊 👏

The service was very smooth, they delivered within a few days. The driver went out of his way to help move the sofa in the house despite us living on a hill, and offered him money but he refused! Really helpful company. I love the sofas as well. Look as seen. Will definitely use them again.

Absolutely superb from start to finish, they responded to me immediately on line about a sofa query. I ordered the sofa, delivered in a week! Delivery team were helpful and polite, couldn’t fault them. The sofa quality is brilliant and a fraction of the cost that you’d pay with other companies. Honestly this company is a joy to deal with!
