We were a bit worried about ordering a sofa without seeing it in the flesh, but we took delivery today and it's fantastic, we had a custom size sofa and it's exactly to correct measurements. The delivery guys are absolute sweethearts and a credit to the business 🙂

Unfortunately the delivery of our chosen sofa was delayed. We got told the evening before that the company was waiting on a shipment so it would be another week. I was offered an alternative sofa!
The original sofa we chose was fabric and also a pet friendly fabric the alternative sofa wasn’t!
Plus it didn’t seem the same shade of grey.
We paid for the professional assembly yet when I asked about returning the sofa because it was uncomfortable and not what we expected.
I was informed they would be a charge for having no boxes and also a delivery charge of £99 for the return.
Which didn’t make sense the guys who assembled the sofa took the packaging with them.
Eventually management agreed to waive the charges if we chose another.
This felt like hobsons choice to me,
if I returned the sofa, I would be out of pocket by £179! So I chose another in-stock item which was more expensive so I sent £600 bank transfer for the new style.

For me the most disappointing part was the customer service, at no point did they apologise for the original delay or the fact that their terms and conditions are rigid so your consumer rights are not protected.
This company is affiliated with some of our favourite celebrities which is why I trusted the company. Yet our experience has been costly and upsetting

My brother owns a motorhome company in Halifax Yorkshire ( motor pig) and my sister owns a company in Buckinghamshire so I know the impact of a poor review for a family company.
I was hesitant about writing this but decided I wanted to let future customers know if they chose professional assembly via the drop box on your website and the packaging is taken it will affect your their returns.
I do understand the charge for collection but did hope because it was a rushed choice it would have been waived.
It was only waived if I chose another sofa.
I wouldn’t expect you to collect the 2nd sofa now it’s been nearly 3 days. Since I let you know it was actually too big for my lounge. I can’t keep it pristine for that length of time and also like you pointed out the packaging again was taken. This time it was taken because the box wouldn’t fit through the door.
So I am keeping it I am not that unreasonable.
I wish we got one person that dealt with the problems I feel it could have solved the issue. The bank holiday didn’t help I agree but I am still not satisfied with the outcome.

I wanted to update this review to say today I spoke to the owner Sam who listened to me and also apologised to me. The bank holiday and some communication delays during my order process changed the outcome. Which I believe would ordinarily be a positive experience.
The sofa we have kept is very comfortable and of good quality.
I am upgrading the overall experience to 4 stars because I am now satisfied with the outcome.

Awesome experience from start to finish, amazing and helpful customer service throughout. Delivery guys were amazing and went the extra mile to get the furniture in the house. And lastly the sofa, awesome quality and build and utterly love it.

I was a bit worried about ordering online but I would order from here again in a heartbeat! From communication to delivery was spot on. I constantly asked questions and even had to have our sofa made to size. Ordered Saturday and they came Friday. The delivery guys were friendly and rang 30 mins before arrival, the sofa is really well made and has completed our room and the mattress is sooo comfy. Would 100% recommend

Delivery team great, 1 wrong part in 1 of 6 boxes, manufacturers error. Customer service excellent delivered correct part in a few days. Delivery driver helped with difficult assembly of sofa arms which I could not do. 4 stars due to design of arms and manufacturers error, delivery and customer service excellent.

We decided to go with Lovemybeds as they had excellent reviews and offered the perfect colour (Teddy Latte) for our room. Of course, price is important, but service and communication are so crucial when you're dealing with online companies. I remember chatting with them past 10 p.m. at night, which filled me with confidence that they really wanted my business! The bed was delivered and installed within three days of ordering, right on schedule, and Amit & Faizan were brilliant at taking care inside our home. We purchased the small double curved bouclé bed in Teddy Latte, and the build quality is superb. The bed is slightly bigger than expected; however, my daughter loves it. Oh, I must not forget we purchased their cheapest mattress, which is also amazing—I accidentally fell asleep testing it out, so that says it all! My daughter now has the best bedroom in the house. Thank you, Lovemybeds!

Sofa is beautiful and great quality, had an issue with delivery time frame but they were understanding, professional about it and amended the issue as a good gesture. Would definitely get from here again and the customer service is great and fast replies x

Communication fantastic:
I was kept up to date from asking about the sofa I liked , and there was many questions all answered promptly .
I was advised of a thursday delivery date
the guys delivered and put my sofa together
I'm really pleased with the service from start to finish . Great company , plus my sofa looks gorgeous.!

Great, spacious sofa and excellent value compared with everywhere else we looked. Communication was spot‑on, with calls and updates on the delivery day so we knew exactly when to expect it. The delivery drivers were sound, really careful getting the sofa into the room we wanted and even gave helpful advice on setting it up. Would definitely recommend.

The customer service is great got a call straight after my order with delivery options.

Sofa is great and was dropped off my Riz and Aky. They built the sofa really quickly tested it and tidied up afterwards.

Lovely sofas

Excellent service. Love the Palermo Sofa bed that we ordered. The staff online was very helpful with all the queries and was very informative as i needed to make sure i am clear on the fabrics and textures used on the sofa. Riz and Aky were very professional and efficient for delivering on time and assembling our sofa swiftly.

Riz and Aky great gents went above and beyond couldn’t get better service if you tried.
