I just wanted to share a really positive experience! Kaye, who takes the orders over the phone, is always so helpful and friendly, it makes the whole process quick and pleasant every time.

Callum, who delivers the water, truly goes above and beyond. He’s always happy, polite, and takes the time to have a nice chat, which really stands out. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job, and that kind of attitude makes a big difference.

Today I called to order some water, and just two hours later Callum was already at my door with the delivery! Fantastic service all around, thank you both!

Today we had a delivery guy named Jacques who was great! When he came the office was still closed and he came back later to make sure we had the water we needed. Very grateful for that.

I am especially fond of my deliverer, Callum who always has a smile on his face and is always prepared and very knowledgeable on any questions I ask regarding the machine, filters or water.

It is always an absolute pleasure to receive our love water deliveries. From the organisation at the office with Jen and Kaye to the drop off from Callum…it’s a great experience all round. They’re a great team and never see us go without. Callum is brilliant and worth his weight in gold!

Excellent service following a slight administrative error, our delivery driver Harrison didn't have the correct bottles, I suspected that this would mean we wouldn't receive water until the following week. How wrong I was! Harrison re-delivered the needed water the SAME DAY! Really appreciated effort from Harrison and the Love Water team, especially in this hot weather.
