Loveyourwater Reviews

Jacques came to change our water filter and replace the water bottles, and he was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He was professional, and incredibly friendly throughout the visit. He carried out the filter change efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He also replaced the water bottles quickly and neatly, leaving the area spotless afterwards. What really stood out was how nice and attentive he was. He made sure we were completely happy before he left.

A genuinely pleasant experience with fantastic service. Thank you, Jacques!

3 times ordering with love your water for salt blocks very good price and delivery times. Last order had a minor blip but James sorted it all out 👍🏽

Recently ordered a replacement water filter and some salt blocks for our softener. Due to delivery challenges outside their control they were unable to deliver the salt to my postcode (a glitch in the system let my order through). Before I knew anything about it LYW had refunded me and sent an apologetic email advising me where I could source the salt locally. Wonderful effortless service.

Very pleased with our new Kenetico softener. The installer Ian was friendly, professional and cleared up after himself. Would recommend the product. Scum free tea yippee.
