Ordered a solar panel pole mounting frame but it arrived with several parts (bolts, screws, jubilee clips) missing. The missing parts were subsequently supplied rapidly and without question. Excellent service.

Ordered a 24/12-80 converter with binding ( insulated posts) they sent the model with bare ( non insulated) posts. When I phoned a snotty woman told me they are correct, that's how they come.
Totally wrong , they advertise one item and supply another , they don't even know the part numbers of what they are selling. Ordered the correct model from another supplier. AVOID CHEAP & NASTY

Placed an order on the BH Sunday.

Goods arrived on the Wednesday and were exactly as expected.

Didn’t think they would arrive until Thursday or even Friday due to the bank holiday.

I have no problem recommending this business.

I needed a new aerator for my kitchen tap and this company had just what I needed at a very competitive price. They also had guidelines to make sure I bought the exact size I needed. Only issue was the quoted length of time to deliver considering it was coming from the UK but did in fact arrive 5 days earlier than stated.

Ordered a replacement LED light tube for my garage to replace and old fluorescent one. Item arrived as expected , well packaged and with clear instructions. Works perfectly and gives off more light than previous tube. Fantastic product and service. Thanks.

Bought two victron cables on Amazon 1.8 mtr twice 5mtr cables arrived . Bought a victron cable on eBay turned out to be the same company got another 5mtr cable. Wtf ? Bought a 12-24 10A convertor on Amazon 99 pound they sent me a 10a dc to dc converter worth 50 old style version . Opinion crooks be warned . Cost me time and money time to take back to post office and interest on my credit card and I have to buy all items all again from another company avoid at all costs low energy crook market .

Bought a water saving shower head which works well. Good price and free delivery, all good.

Tried to place an order. Said I hadn’t entered an email address. I had. Tried repeatedly. Then thought, I know, I’ll buy it from the same supplier via B&Q. B&Q checkout process failed. Clearly some major IT grief in this company. Avoid.

"Probably one of my WORST EXPERIENCES on eBay. Seller sent the wrong item I advised them then they asked for photo which I supplied then they asked for the pickers name on the invoice presumably to chastise them Then I was asked to work with Evri or as more appropriately named Nevri me having to print off return labels to return the incorrect item including the invoice before they would send me the correct LED driver I had ordered. Now in the hands of eBay for resolution. BUYERS BEWARE "

Purchased a Victron 6 port bus bar because I wanted a quality product however this is not quite the case with this item. Made in China, the protective see through cover will not stay connected to the bus bar. The moulded tangs, one each end will not locate into the desired position, dissapointing.

Caveat Emptor
The shower Head is Too Heavy for use in a Motorhome or Caravan (it falls out of the holder when you are traveling with the obvious potential for damage to the cubical. If the Digital Shower Timer is to be believed then it uses a lot of water 25 - 30 lt for a shower? And some Motorhomes have shower taps with 3/8 connection and there is no offer of a reducer. Ummm I got that one wrong
