I had a very disappointing experience with Lowest Flight Fares. I booked and paid for three international tickets and received a Booking Confirmation stating that my e-tickets would be sent shortly, but they were never sent. After I called them, instead of an answer for the e-tickets, I was requested to pay $900 extra per ticket because my reservation supposedly did not include a personal bag and carry-on item. However, the airline denied this statement. According to the airline, all international flights include the personal item and for the carry-on, it could be paid at the airport. The Lowest Flight Fares showed refund options before payment but after I completed it, the Booking Confirmation stated “Cancel/Refund:Not Allowed.” When I questioned this contradiction by email, my reservation was cancelled by them.
Overall, I found the customer service unprofessional, and I would advise others to carefully review the terms, keep a record, and verify the reservation directly with the airline. According to the airline, they never received information about the reservation.

It is a bait and switch. I booked online with them and received an email YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL. The confirmation for you Itinerary will be emailed shortly. Then I receive a call, that it was restricted booking, and that the flight was overbooked. That I didn't CONFIRM with them my booking. My only options available, was to upgrade or cancel.

Fraud is the only word for them . They are running this from INDIA

Scammers scammers Period !!!!! They confirm a ticket then an agent calls and changes price for a higher amount previously quoted online

This company is a GIANT SCAM run by SCAM ARTISTS! They sell you a ticket online without telling you about the restrictions, and after their obfuscated 4 hour free refund window closes, they call you to tell you about the restrictions--no luggage; no online checkin, physical check in only; and no seat assignments until you check in! Then when you demand cancellation and a full refund, they charge your card $150!

SCAM ,DONT USE TO BOOK FLIGHTS. I booked a flight an got a confirmation but never received a ticket. I called multiple times only to be put on hold an never forever each time. They told they would return a call in 45 minutes, never got that call back. Each time I called back they always put me on hold an never answer.

THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE. I purchased a round trip ticket to New York only to be called later and asked to pay more because one flight was standby. I paid more and still I was not able to board my return flight. The airline showed me the screen. I was told by the airline that the vendor told them my purchase declined. IT DID NOT. Lowest Flight Fares took my money. When I called them about it they hung up the phone on me. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

The experience went great. The customer service provider I spoke with over the phone, Vincent Stone, was really amazing and handled my situation well. Honestly, I'm glad he helped me and sorted out the things I got stuck with. Thank you once again for lowest flight fares, and thank you to Vincent Stone once again.

This company if you can call it that is a complete fraudulent company. NEVER NEVER use this site to book any travel. customer service is nonexistent, prices are fraudulently advertised on the site. This is a complete scam. Sam, Juan and who ever else you may speak need to be investigated.

Les dije que no queria el voleto ya que me cambiaron el precio a ultima hora, pero aun asi me cargaron la tarjeta, eviten a toda costa esta aerolinea.
Aparte de eso, el muchacho que me ha atendido no habla mucho español, su idioma nativo es el ingles.

I booked a flight through this company and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After booking, I was told my flight was “in queue” and would receive a call soon — only to be informed later that the price I paid was no longer available and that I’d need to agree to a higher price.
About 14 hours before departure, I received a confirmation code and checked in. A few hours later, I received an error message saying there was a problem with my booking. When I contacted Southwest Airlines directly, they confirmed that the card used for payment had been declined — meaning the company never actually paid for my ticket.
Because of their mistake, I had to repurchase a new flight at three times the cost of the original booking. On top of that, they only honored the outbound flight — not the return — forcing me to pay last-minute prices.
I called and emailed repeatedly with no response. When I finally reached someone named Franco, he promised to “look into it” and call back, but never did. After several more attempts, another representative told me they would “issue a refund.” It’s now been eight days — still nothing.
I’ve filed a dispute with my bank, but this process takes time. This company is not legitimate — the phone lines are often disconnected, and several times the background noise sounded like the middle of Times Square with taxis honking and chaos.
Save yourself the headache — do NOT book with this company. They are a total scam!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They call you after the booking and say that the price you paid is no longer available and want to increase your price for next available. Then they don't send you a ticket and say they're waiting for the airline. Why would it take this long for reassurance of what you paid. Steer clear.

Atención!!!! La peor experiencia!!! Compre un vuelo desde Bogotá hacia Barcelona por Skyscanner y me re dirigieron a esta pág, y dos días después de la compra me contactó un tal Víctor Sánchez diciendo que mi vuelo no estaba confirmado porque la tarifa que elegí ya no estaba disponible y que debía pagar 200 dólares adicionales para que me confirmaran el vuelo. Era muy insistente y ofrecía descuento de 180 de ultima hora, llamadas, emails, wsp! Ante tantas trabas le dije que cancelara y me dijo que por cancelar debía pagar 100 dólares! Fue una situación disgustosa, me tuvieron en angustia, perdiendo tiempo, solo quería sacar más dinero. Es la peor experiencia al comprar un vuelo con una compañía. Desconfíen que no es de fiar.

Son un fraude, es una empresa estafa y tengo pruebas

I booked 3 flights to the essence festival. We got a confirmation for the tickets and they Never sent the tickets. I inquired about the tickets a day before boarding several times and never recieved a response until the early morning before flying. This put us in a situation where we had to go back online and book the tickets again with another website. By then the tickets had went up. They apologized and said they would raise the money for a refund, This website is Aweful. Do not use them unless you want a horrible and disappointing experience.
