Estuve escribiendo como redactora para ellos. Me deben dinero. Pero ellos han creado ahora una nueva página por la que cobran a los clientes y encima es toda de IA. En fin.

I bought 3000 € in credit with them and after a year y had spent 600 €. The main reason is because the quality and service was not in the standard of my agency. When I was going to use it for a an ebook, they told it was frozen has it has passed 365 days since I bought it. I could not get my 2.360 € back in money or credits with this argument. Be aware !! form me it is near a SCAM and i dont want to hear anything about lowpost.

Contraté un saldo de 2000 € y me dijeron que no caducaba.
Cual ha sido mi sorpresa que teniendo 1533 € de saldo todavía, me lo han quitado!!. Ahora estoy leyendo que han quebrado!!! Hay algún sitio para denunciarlos conjuntamente? En consumo no me hacen caso ya que dicen que es tema de empresa, no de particular. Algún consejo?

Han quebrado y el dinero que nos debían a los redactores me temo que no lo vamos a oler. Pero ya les dará igual porque está en manos de abogados que nos informaron del tema pero que no se dignan a contestar si vamos a cobrar o no. Una vergüenza

Han quebrado y se han quedado con el saldo de todos los clientes como yo, son unos estafadores.

I do not recommend working with this company at all.
They write what they want, not what is asked for, when an issue is opened because of it, they keep doing the same thing. In other words, the promised content never arrives.
They bill the taxes, and do not return it when you are a company.
In addition, customer service never responds.
They are there to charge, but not to provide the service.

Solicité 20 contenidos de blog para probar el servicio y la calidad y quedé muy satisfecho tanto con el trato por parte del project manager como del comercial. Sin duda renovaré el servicio, muy aconsejable.

COPYWRITERS BEWARE!
Briefs are late and do not contain anywhere near enough information yet they expect you to churn out thousands of words. I wrote 2000 words in drafts and explained that there was not enough information to hit the wordcount. I was told I wouldn't be paid at all.

Lowpost es un buen sitio para ejercer y son serios para revisar los posts. Los pagos son puntuales y lo recomiendo.

Poor quality content. They are cheap but the articles they write harm even the positioning due to poor quality, spelling, etc. Reviews and complaints do not fix such disastrous texts. Following our claims and complaints they have forced us to renew the subscription and do not attend to our return claims. It is the closest thing to a scam and fraud.

Excellent service. I really recommend Lowpost.
