I work at a merchant and regularly order LPD doors for my clients. The quality is consistently very good, with very few issues. On the rare occasion a problem does arise, it’s dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Our area rep, Geoff, is a frequent visitor to our store and always checks in to make sure we’re happy with the service and to see if there’s anything we need. Overall, a reliable supplier with great support.

Daz the driver was a star!!
Daz the driver & delivery man was an absolute star in bringing my bed up to the 4th floor as I couldn't have done it without him. I had paid the bed company extra for this service but they charge you without cross-checking with the delivery companies & probably don't pay them that part!
Thanks so much for going above & beyond, Daz & making my day!!

Thumbs down
Deliver delayed, no tracking option available, everything was managed via phone with customer service, like 1998. In the end the items came after days of waiting and now we are struggling to return them - again via phone - as we had to use local alternatives. First time using LPD Doors, probably the last. I hope they improve their processes.

Delivered out of timescale and bad phone experience
Delivery driver showed up almost 3 hours before the previously confirmed delivery window without any warning. As I was not home for the delivery he decided try and carry out the kerbside delivery of 10 heavy doors for my wife to deal with when she was carrying our 8 week old child. The delivery driver eventually carried the doors into the property upon a lot of persuasion. When I phoned the company to complain about this I was met with patronising comments from the supervisor such as “I don’t know about you but I would rather my delivery came early” showing absolutely no understanding or sympathy of the situation.
Given the choice I would never deal with this company again.
