Lps Gopower Reviews 

Purchased an original ThinkPad T440s 45W charger through lps-gopower.org, much cheaper than elsewhere.

Arrived soon enough, in good condition, looking fine and working fine.

That was in June 2022, but in April 2023 the charger started failing (sometimes it charged, sometimes it didn't).

The charger is well within the 12 months warranty they offer, so I asked for a replacement. They replied soon enough, but asked for ￡9 for the replacement.

The charger looked pretty original, but I suspect it was an ellaborate imitation.

I replaced it with a similar charger off eBay, which is slightly different in small details (includes barcode labels, etc), and works perfectly fine even though it's used and was built in 2017.

Fake products advertised as original ones. Stay away from this website. They look like a UK business, but in fact they are based in Hong Kong. Worst customer service ever.

I bought a charger for my tablet which iwas working just 1 mount. Very poor customer service....they barely answer to emails...not recommended to buy from them

Ordered ' Original 18W Acer Aspire Switch 10V SW5-014 charger AC/DC Adapter item numberUK-ACER-12V-15A-3010 ' What arrived is not an Acer product nor what is shown on the website. Clearly a con. DO NOT TRUST.

I bought an ASUS laptop adapter but every time I plugged in the computer, the fuses in the house blew! No response from the company. Someone is making a lot of money from gullible customers like me.........

Paid for order and never received it, no communication from him at all, totally disgusting person, stay clear at all costs....

well done lps gopower,the charger for my predator gaming laptop arrived today after just 5 working days,yan tracker was bang up to date and product looks and feels like it is a quality,,,must admit that the reviews spooked me when i checked them out but if they keep performing like this they can soon turn that around.good job lps

Ordered a replacement battery for my laptop and took it to a specialist repair shop to be fitted whereupon I was informed that it is a fake battery and does not work. Chinese instructions all over it. My techy son also tested it and confirmed its a dudd.
I have emailed LPS Go Power and requested a refund and free returns label, but having read the reviews,I doubt I'll hear anymore! Just wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Warning - if it is cheap and seems to good to be true it probably is! Would give zero star review if it were an option.

Absolutely terrible seller, avoid at all costs. Purchased a desktop charger which s delivered but the wrong one, despite sending all necessary model numbers. Sent at least three emails, had two automated responses and that’s all. Having read the other reviews it’s not looking likely I will receive the correct lead or a refund…

Was worried when I read the reviews that I would be scammed but the cable turned after a week and works fine with my LG monitor.

BEWARE of this seller who is located in China. Bought a GENUINE SAMSUNG charger but a cheap copy was delivered. Paid with PayPal expecting the purchase to be protected. PayPal found the seller at fault and required a refund to be paid BUT PayPal policy required me to pay for the return. £30 postage to China to get a refund of £20!

They are scam
It's so absurd. I haven't heard back since I've been returning for almost a month now.
And I received email then if you return it to their UK address by mail Norwich, they say they will refund the money, but there is no answer.
Now, even the shipping cost is charging

I was in the market for a dc power cable for my cpap machine Phillips wanted 65 gbp.
This company supplied one for 25.
It took about 10 days to be delivered to my door. 3 days in transit from China. The rest of the time was in the UK PO depot.
Item quality is excellent so 5 stars for the company and delivery to the UK, zero for UK delivery

The charger arrived..it was allegedly an official Asus charger (it was not...) it worked for less than a week so I emailed them to ask for a refund...the asked for me to send a picture of my laptop, presumably to make sure I had ordered the correct charger (I had). They then said could they send me a new charger...I told them I required a refund as I had to order a charger from a UK based company as I needed to be able to use my laptop quickly...they've now stopped replying to any of my emails.

They claimed that a power supply unit had been delivered; when it had not. They also provide an entirely false tracking number that the Post Office said was not a legitimate one. On this evidence, and the evidence of other people, I suggest that you avoid them like the plague. They give on-line a bad reputation.

This company, which also has the same customer services "Sylvie" and look 'n' feel website as battery-vendor.com is a sham. After purchasing through lps-gopower.org they provided the wrong item. The return address advised, turned out to be a customer of battery-vendor.com. After agreeing to reimbursement for the item and return postage... You probably guessed it, no refund and no further correspondence... Save yourself a lot of problems, and find items somewhere else. Oh yes, and the initial delivery was late (as it came from CHINA) and the packaging was busted open prior to receipt. Woe after Woe, after Woe ...

Absolut joke not a company, avoid at all cost. customer service is a joke. I can only assume someone rathe thick reply to emails there. Package never arrived. The only reply you get from sales is to contact with Evri. When we contacted with Evri, their automated system informed us that thick employees of LPS Gopower provided wrong address and parcel can not be delivered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I read the other comments on trust pilot and I thought, oh no, am I being ripped off too? I emailed their sales department in China and was given tracking details. They responded quickly same day of email. I checked tracking details and was pleasantly surprised that I had the item within 10 days. Exactly as ordered. Decent quality cord and charger components. Not sure why everyone else is so disappointed with this company? My experience was how it should be. Feel confident with the purchase.

Used LPS to buy a new laptop charger. They were the only place I could get the one I wanted. The website makes you believe its a UK company but they are based in China. I didn't need the charger in the end so I asked what the returns policy was. I was told that they were based in China and they woukd send return details to which I said, the charger was sent from an address in Walsall, West Midlands so give me the full address and I'll send it back there. Time passed and I was given an address in Brighouse, Yorkshire. Sent it there with first class sign for then heard nothing from them. Sent a few reminder emails and eventually got a reply asking for a tracking number. Sent them what they asked for plus a screenshot of their email showing the return address. I then get a reply saying that I woukd get a refund. No refund came so I waited. Sent a few reminder emails but still nothing. I ended up raising a dispute through PayPal which resulted in me getting my £69.99 back. I finally got my money back but I wish i had read the reviews before buying from them to save the hassle.
