Absolute rubbish - try to get the correct part and return but they will keep fobbing you off for weeks!!
Don't waste your time and money on this inadequate company buy from someone genuine. Just a dodgy Chinese company.

Same as everyone else. They sent me the wrong product and then refused to refund. Dodgy company, stay clear.

Got an email saying it was shipped . Never arrived . When I chased it up they said it was out of stock with no explanation / apology

I ordered a charger they sent the wrong one, I wanted to return it and get a refund. Lots of emails later they emailed and said to send it to an address in Wales as they were based in china, which I did. Still no refund. As I paid through paypal I contacted them to try and raise a dispute, but go-power tell paypal it should have been returned to china, when they had emailed me telling me to return it to an address in Wales!!!! GLP-GO Power are Scam Artists !

Do not use this company!! I ordered a Tribit charger for my blue tooth speaker and it doesn’t fit at all. So I asked to return it and they said they would find me a uk address to return it to, and have heard nothing else from them, even after multiple emails to them, so I have reported them to trading standards. They will just send you an incorrect product and steal your money!

I ordered a charger for a Lenovo desktop and they dispatched a cheaper charger in place of the one advertised on the website. I emailed to get a return address and was told that I would be given a UK return address. That was 3 weeks ago!!!!

Purchased charger for ASUS laptop, didnt look up reviews!! It came within around 7 days, does not look genuine even though that is what I thought I had ordered, asked for an invoice as its for work, got invoice with no VAT, asked what the tax line was for and they said english VAT, guess what they don't have a number, not VAT registered and gave me someones home address in the UK for the return and when I return the charger paying for the postage they will credit me.... really???? The email said it was for postage and packing the £2.09 20% amount they charged on top of the charger from their invoice.... hmm not great at all

haven't sent a email to track order no notice of purchase except for paypal receipt for transaction, do not buy from them.

Ordered a charger for my laptop. They sent the wrong charger, ignored my emails and requests for a refund! Do not waste your time or money on this company!

I recently purchased a Mac book charger, however pressed on the wrong model. I contacted the seller and got a refund immediately. I really appreciate! Thank you!

Charger doesn't fit my laptop so asked for refund. Haven't heard back from them. Having read all the other reviews (wish I'd read them beforehand) think I can kiss my money goodbye!

Absolute scum bags, ripping people off daily. Front man in uk making money of everyday working people. Selling cheap Chinese goods that don’t work and don’t have a CE safety mark. When you ask for a refund they offer one but the goods need returning to China which often costs more than the item itself.

Samsung series 9 adaptor looked identical to original but only charged when laptop was off. Asked for £11 to send a replacement. Total bandits, do not use.

I bought an adapter for my laptop which they said was compatible. It was not compatible. I asked them to arrange refund and return but they responded they are in China and need to find somebody in UK. I suggest that anybody wanting to buy from this company don't because you will not get what you ask for and will not get a refund.

They don't seem to understand that they have to send you the thing you bought!

Sent me a "Similar" item and don't see why I am not happy - I have no idea if this will damage my laptop if I plug it in.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Dell laptop. It didn't last 6 months before I had to replace it. Products are cheap but very low quality.

Unfortunately my experience was very unpleasant and will not use LPS GoPower again.

The below item was ordered online:

Subsequent item was received in the post around a week or so later, but it became immediately clear upon connecting AC Adaptor to laptop that purchased item was incompatible.

Seller was contacted and screenshot with BIOS error was provided.

The last I heard back from LPS GoPower, was on the 18th March and the following comments:

"Hi, can you confirm your laptop volt and amp? Is it 19.5V, 6.67A?"

Another screenshot was provided with full AC Adapter charger product details.

Sad to say, I've not heard back from them since, despite sending further messages, asking for an update?

Such bad customer service and the permanent loss of a potential customer over £31 pounds.

Not sure why they are so badly rated. I was a little wary after reading the reviews but I only read them after I had already purchased my Asus charger. The product I received was exactly as described and arrived after a week. It is working perfectly. I would use them again 100%.

The correct power supply that was ordered was delivered and works properly so I have absolutely NO ISSUES with this Order.

They sent me the wrong power supply and will not offer a refund. As businesses go, this is a disappointing one.
