This casino sucks. They rope you in with a no deposit bonus, in my case $150, then about 10 min. into playing they shut you down and tell you your time is up. LAME.

Don’t waste your money! Not a trust worthy online casino. Agent text me if I wanted to take up this great promotional offer, so I did. I played all my play through and won over 650.00 but I could only cash out 10x my deposit $30=300.00 it was the rules once I completed my wager. Wager balance was at 0.0 I then requested a withdraw of $300 on 9/17. After many failed attempts to get assistance I sent this email to support on 9/25.
I need some help. I requested a withdraw. I waited no change in withdraw status. I spoke to Stephen and I asked is there anything I need to complete my withdraw request. Stephen said you need you identification verified and he sent me an email to respond send items so. I sent items requested for my identification. Stephen also asked for my bitcoin address for the withdraw request. He asked to send it to him on the chat and I did-9/17

I check back another day after no change in my withdraw request. Olive asked me if I would like to do a reversal, I kindly said no I want to see how the withdraw process goes first but I would be spending more money on this site. Olive said let me speak to my manager, then I did not hear back from Olive.
