I purchased a rolling computer bag. My order shipped immediately and arrived within 48 hours. The bag is exactly as pictured, elegant and ladylike. I would definitely purchase from Luggage Pros again.

Very deceptive offering 10% discount in order to acquire our email address and then claiming certain merchandise is excluded after obtaining the email address. I believe that is fraudulent.

After ordering the suitcase, I noticed an "over sized handling" charge of $15. Why wouldn't this be mentioned in the shipping charges? Very disappointed in this company, and would not shop there again.

I am impressed, ordered item at a good fair price, was told it would be shipped in a day or two. And it was shipped same day. Am used to Amazon, but will look at Luggage Pros first in future. GOod job

You were already priced to your 115% price match with a discount code showing on your website that was easy to see. Honestly, I even chatted with ebags.com whom I had purchased from 3 times before and they wouldn't price match you so guess you've gained a new customer. Happy to be here, lol. Hope your customer service is a easy to get along with as your website and buying experience.

It took THREE times to place this order! I've had the same experience several times before, but have given up. This time, however, had to stay with it, as we are leaving on 10/4. Please expedite this order.

Luggage Pro does not provide enough information I did not know that I would have to wait for my briefcase to be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse which is located in another state 1,783 miles away if I would have known this I would have ordered the briefcase from the manufacturer myself and not with stupid luggage pro.

I would recommend the Luggage Pros. They are accurate, efficient and forthcoming. When the Spinner carry-on that I have ordered was damaged by delivery company the LP shipped me almost immediately replacement without waiting the return of the broken one. Decent job. I'm satisfied.

Easy to order...free shipping...lots of choices! This was the best luggage buying experience ever!

One of the reasons I purchased was the free shipping, it was a disappointing surprise when a 15.00 charge was added for oversized shipping.
This should be stated when looking at luggage and is false advertising.

Fantastic service from these guys. I ordered a Thule laptop bag and noticed a few hours later I'd ordered the wrong size. I sent an email asking if they could switch it for the correct size.

I got a response back a short while later (on a Friday evening after regular close of business no less) stating they'd handle it. My order got swapped out for the correct one and shipped on time with no delays.

Will definitely be checking them first in the future.
