Online service good. Called retail store the salesperson was helpful unfortunately she couldn’t reach anyone in the online department as well. I left a message and so far no response.

Ordered 2 travelpro bags... The 1st was shipped immediately, the 2nd bag took several calls to find out that the item was no longer in stock

First of all, I was sent the INCORRECT luggage set! I am PERTURBED because I requested a specific product weeks before Christmas! I will NEVER order anything else from this company!!!!

Have an upcoming international flight and discovered my current carry-on is no longer accepted since the airlines are cramming everyone in like sardines and decreasing luggage space. Did a LOT of research; checked out lots of luggage carriers; found the exact luggage we were seeking at Luggage Pros for close to $50 less than anywhere we had seen it; ordered it and it was delivered within a week. My Experience was awesome with Luggage Pros. I received my luggage within a couple of days of placing my order and they were over $50 cheaper for the same luggage than anyone else. I would definitely recommend them.

I ORDERED THESE TAGS ON NOVEMBER 30TH AND TO GET THEM ON WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 6TH THE CHARGE WAS $6.95. I PAID $15.00 TO GET THEM BY MONDAY AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM AND IT'S TUESDAY DECEMBER 5TH. LOOKING AT MY TRACKING NUMBERS, THEY ARE STILL IN FLORIDA TODAY. I EXPECT A REFUND ON MY SHIPPING CHARGES.....

I searched long and hard for the exact right piece of luggage I needed for business travel. I found the piece I wanted and then I found the best price at Luggage Pros. Shipping was free and fast, what more could you want? The next time I need a new piece of luggage I will check Luggage Pros first.

I loved my Travelpro luggage. I was disappointed that Luggage Pros gave me a 10% discount coupon for giving my email and then wouldn't accept the coupon when I went to make the purchase of my luggage.

+The bag is designed great and it looks cool. Good quality of the material.
+It fits on a back without sagging pretty much

-It is not staying vertically
-It's hard to get something out from the second section wich close to a back even though the bag is not fully packed.
