I returned an item on 7th May, over 2 months ago and still haven’t had a refund. I followed the return instructions on the website, got proof of delivery, and have sent numerous emails, a message via Facebook page and had no reply.

Doesn't deserve a 1 star .I ordered jeans in January 2025 , didn't receive my order as they said had an issue with supplier. Said they'd 'look into it' and heard nothing since. Repeatedly asked for my money back and have been completely ignored. Avoid this company like the plague. Rest assured I AM taking it further.

Ordered a Christmas present and it arrived so quickly. However for the price you are paying I was expecting better quality. The packaging is awful. For an expensive chain it’s in a flimsy box, makes the overall look of the product very cheap. Especially when it’s for a present. I just hope the chain isn’t poor quality too!!

Order placed Feb 2025. Payment taken goods never received. Business then temporarily closed. Recently re-opened and despite sending email, message and commenting on various FB posts I am being totally ignored. I know there is at least 1 other lady in my position too. I am out of pocket by almost £60. I would avoid this business at all costs and in my opinion it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Put a order in 10th Feb 2025. I have not received it. Sent 3 emails no response!
I have ordered previously and there has been no problem. Sent 3 emails no reply but still advertising! No tracking no correspondence nothing next step small claims court

Excellent customer service when adding more gold discs to a chain we purchased 2 years ago. Really good to deal with and a great Irish brand.

Placed an order on the 11th with 24 hour delivery(1-3 working days). Still haven’t received any tracking and the item hasn’t been sent. Sent emails, Facebook messages, messages on shop, on the website, messages on a live, comment on Facebook and even tried calling and heard nothing. When you call with the number off the website it just says not recognised. I really don’t know what to do. Will have to raise a dispute with the bank if I don’t get anything soon. Really disappointed as these are for gifts

Fantastic customer service as well as beautiful pieces. My sister and I have bought from this company a few times. The jewellery is stunning and wears really well. They also couldn't do enough for you. Definitely 5 star service !!!

Love this brand! After receiving one of the initial necklaces as a gift myself and loving it I decided to buy one as a gift for a friend. An amazing Irish brand! And their customer service is incredible.

I bought one of the dainty gold chains with three discs for initials as a gift, it was gorgeous. Although dainty, the chain is strong and the smooth gold is a lovely finish. The service from the team was incredible, I ordered last minute and they could not have been more accommodating. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

I recently got a necklace made by lulu and belle. It wasn't exactly the same as anything they had pictured on their website and I found their personal service exceptional. Really good value for a unique piece. I couldn't recommend this itish company highly enough. Really quick delivery too

I ordered a necklace with initial pendants from Lulu and Belle in Dublin recently and found their service outstanding. Not only was the recipient of the necklace extremely pleased with her gift, but the fast and personal response from this business was exceptional. The delivery of the item was within a couple of days of the order and the communication I received about each stage was excellent.
