I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I am very fair with Rosacea. I found my first parsol at a thrift store. Fell in love, it is so much nicer than a hat when the temps are very high.I still use my sunscreen. Just love having this extra bit of protection.

I was very impressed with the speed with which I got my order. I ordered a large quantity of candle votives. The order was perfect and everything was packaged well, but there was one broken piece. When I contacted the company and asked for a replacement they sent me a new one immediately without any hassle.

I received my correct order on time...but it was to the wrong address!!! Luckily we tracked it down in time for my large event (where it was the focal of 25 tables), but it really could have been a horrible situation. Seemed like a strange computer error.

Everything I ordered was delivered quickly, the website is easy, the products are of nice quality and the pricing is reasonable. You can't do better than Luna Bazaar.

Ordered the 75ft lights and 12 pack colored lanterns. Lantern colors are great and arrived with no issues. 3 of the lights were defects so I couldn't use them. Would appreciate if I could get 3 good bulbs to replace those defects but of of 50 bulbs, I guess that isn't too bad. Everything was super easy to assemble and looking forward to my upcoming BBQ to display!

Quality product, with stellar service.

Customer service was excellent. My order was large and I had 3 broken pieces on arrival and they were promptly replaced. The glassware is beautiful but more delicate than appeared in picture. Overall beautiful addition to my wedding centerpiece .

Experience was great--fast responses to emailed questions, and the items were shipping my way immediately!

I ordered two hand fans, it was packaged well, bubble wrap around fans and the fans them selves wrapped in tissue. When I unwrapped the fans it looked like they had absorbed water at some point. It was obvious to see they were damaged and yet someone took the time to wrap them and send them to me. Shame on you! I have to say I debated on weather to even send them back since the shipping would be close to the cost, but it was the principal of the thing. So with this experience I will never use Luna Bazaar again.

Great prices & fast shipping

Customer service was very friendly. They helped me with my choices for paper lanterns for my daughters upcoming wedding reception. The products came quickly.with no issues. The only thing is that I had to pay quite a lot of money for customs as I live in Canada...would have been cheaper to take a day trip across the border to purchase but I was stuck for time.
