Sheer plastic

I ordered an item from Luroro, through instagram on 02/12/25 for my Grandson. A stuffed dinosaur with a young lad on its back, meant to resemble the image of the photo you upload at time of purchase. Was sent an email informing me the item had been dispatched, then another email on NYE stating a delivery attempt had been made. I tried to contact Luroro, the only means of contact was via messenger, which I do not have. No other form of communication from Luroro has been made. So, basically £50 down the pan.

Would not give any stars. Bought ornament that looked like resin and 3d. Turned out to be a picture printed on Perspex. Cheap and nasty not worth £10 let alone the the £30 I paid. Shocking !!!!

One word…. SCAM! Do not buy!!!

I received my dinosaur sculpture, but with the picture of your model, not my grandson. I thought this would be easy to correct, but it is impossible to send a message to you. I don’t feel I need to go onto Facebook to contact you. I guess I’m just going to have to eat my $50.

Just like the other review I read, I was SHOCKED to see this was a flat, 2 dimensional piece of plastic.. NOTHING like the images portrayed on their website. Incredibly disappointed.

Got my item today not what shown in the picture.
The picture shows a 3d model with a child on top,but I received a picture on a flat plastic sheet with my child but not in 3d form.
NEVER AGAIN.

7/1/2026 Y por fin llegó. LA ESTAFA MÁS GRANDE QUE SE PUEDE IMAGINAR! No puedo colgar fotos pero ni es tres dimensiones (completamente plano, impreso a lado y lado) ni el niño es mi hijo. Ni por asomo! Un timo en toda regla. Lástima no poder subir las fotos.

- Sigo sin recibir el pedido realizado el 23,12,24
- La web dice que está en camino. El transportista dice que el producto aún está en China.
- La respuesta de la empresa en una broma pesada. Siempre a través de messenger de Facebook, con respuestas automáticas o si, por casualidad hay alguien al otro lado, evasivas. O te dejan colgado.
- Viendo las otras tres opiniones casi mejor que no llegue porque al parecer, el resultado no tiene nada que ver con lo que dice la web. Tiene toda la pinta de ser una tomadura de pelo y de dinero. Muy poca verguenza.

- Dan unos plazos de entrega que no cumplen.
- Se supone que han de enviar un correo avisando de que el producto personalizado está acabado y en fase de envío. Ni lo he recibido ni consigo ninguna respuesta coherente. Únicamente una contestación automática pidiendo que tengas paciencia. Nada de chat o mail directo. No se si van a acabar enviando o no, de momento tengo la impresión de que algo no está claro.
