I was involved in a car accident in Nov 2023. I was a front seat passenger in a car driven by a friend. I suffered both physical and psychological injuries. Lyons Davidson Solicitors were appointed by the car insurers to deal with my claim. Paddy Troughton was my main contact throughout the entire stressful process which was made much easier by Paddy who kept me informed at all times of progress by letter, email and phone. All my enquiries and questions were answered promptly. I appreciate very much all the assistance Paddy gave me with settling my claim.

Cant thank Caroline enough for her knowledge and excellent communication. She made the whole process so easy. She is a credit to Lyons Davidson. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone in need of a Solicitor.

My experience of Lyons Davidson is that all stages of the claim I was kept fully informed by letter, phone and e mail where appropriate. The claim has been settled to my satisfaction. My experience with Lyons Davidson's didn't have the best start, every time I made contact I got a different person and the details I gave didn't seem to be recorded properly.
Once I was assigned to Hannah Baur as my case worker things started to move at a better pace, progress did stagnate for a period of time and I requested a senior partner review my case , this was carried out and I was assured that everything was on
track but that the other parties Solicitors were dragging their heels.
After this request, I received what can only be described as an excellent service, Hannah has been in regular contact and was always willing to explain or discuss anything that came up in any correspondence.

From that point onwards Hannah Baur as a trainee and young lady blossomed and grew in confidence and knowledge to carry my case forward to what can only be described as a satisfactory outcome from my point of view.
The settlement payment was carried out without a hitch and funds transferred across to me as and when Hannah had informed me they would be.
