Your plan doesn't take into account about customers life getting in the way of your payment plan I got into this situation because of money flow problems your plan made it worse because there were months that I didn't have enough for your payment I had to borrow to keep up or lose out what I paid up to this point. I could have cut a better deal with each credit card company and not have screwed up myself I know have to start from scratch to get my credit back you don't have any leeway for a client getting sick or something else what if it was know with what's going on with this virus with your payment system I would loose out and have to start over ?

I was quite satisfied with the answersto my questions after speaking with Ms. Almaguer. All seems to be taken care of as first advised.

I am not happy with the cost or how long negotiations are taking

These nice people (team) have really helped me get the help I have needed to get out of debt. Any questions that I have had, they answered and was there around the clock to help me in every way possible. I would recommend them to anyone that needs the help.

My experience with Madison and Monroe was a very positive one. Everything was explained to me before I signed up and they were willing to work with me to get to the lowest payment per month that worked for me without using all of my paycheck. Whenever I had a question or concern about my account or payment I always got a quick response and the problem was solved. Everyone was very supportive and they really worked for you to try to negotiate the amount owed. I am very thankful for Madison and Monroe, I am now debt free!!! You guys are awesome!
