As a remote property manager for a private landlord, MagicDoor makes handling rent collection and tenant communication effortless. I really appreciate how receptive they are to feedback! The system don’t just listen, the system act. I highly recommend this for anyone managing properties from a distance!

MagicDoor is the most underrated PMS on the market!

First, the performance is amazing, its fast, just works and never lets me down. Yes, there are some minor bugs, but nothing that makes want to break my monitor :)

Second, their AI is just on another level! It literally does everything I used to waste dozens of hours on a week.

Finally, they listen to their customers. I was complaining to their team during onboarding about Section 8 process with another PMS and while they didn't have it during my onboarding process, they asked me what would be the best flow for me and released an update with that feature a few weeks later! I can't thank them enough!

I had a great experience with MagicDoor platform. I was managing using excel before this and was looking for a affordable solution. this software helped me basically care free about managing property, it automatically collect rent, manage my maintenance requests, auto renew the lease and has a good accoutning system. They have a lot other feature i havent try yet. Highly recommend.

Easy to get setup with my properties. Saving me at least 4 to 6 hours per week

We were one of the early beta testers of MagicDoor, so we have seen them grow at amazing speed. It is by far the easiest property management software out there, and have all the features we need for our 43 units. All the AI features and their communication system have really reduced the amount of time we had to spend per week managing our properties.

Disorganized, organization and software. I was interested in the software because of the AI maintenance request, which apparently now they’ve taken away. I asked the Sales person if I needed to pay the $25 because that’s what stopped me from signing up and he said no, you can still use it without doing that. So then he goes and gives me a demo and says nope you have to pay the $25 to continue. I decide not to use the software want the refund. They say no refund. I’m frustrated so I say well what’s the phone number I paid for please give it to me. They gave it to me. The phone number doesn’t work out of service! Still won’t give me a refund, totally ignoring me, and now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company.
