Delivery received 10.12.26.
The New Year holiday was 4 days later after the order was placed, why did it then take another 10 days before the order arrived and why was payment taken before shipping?

Reward scheme and discounts are not straightforward and transparent
I find the site difficult to use, especially redeeming the rewards.
For example I signed up for the 10% discount on my first order but was unable to locate the code to apply it to my order.
The next email I sent it said get 10% of your next order but when I log in there is no discount code.
One item is showing as from £16.99 but when you click through and select the lowest multiple the price starts from £25 which appears to be false advertising?
I have ordered and hope the quality of the product is sufficient to offset the buying experience.
