Poor Service, Poor Communication
First time using Mail Order Golf. Order of Kirkland and Titleists and amongst my order placed on 13.06.25 were multiple pinnacle balls - granted I understand that some are likely to slip through the net, however after reaching out and sending an email - I had no apology or even an acknowledgment. I will say that the quality of the correct ordered balls was exceptional. shame

Fast delivery but unfortunately the golf balls on the website showed multi coloured golf ball and when they came they were all yellow. This was a gift and only reason for ordering them was for the different colours
