Manchester Taxi service was abysmal!
Manchester Taxi service was abysmal. I ordered a taxi to go to the airport at 4.30am, a booking they confirmed via email, and then they never showed up. As a tourist to Manchester I was left standing waiting on a dark street at 4.30am, potentially missing my international flight. After ringing (to no avail), sending emails, I waited until 4.50am before having to walk and find another way to the airport. I would never ever use them again. To note, they did send me an email at 4.45 (after the booking!) to say they couldn't get me due to unforseen circumstances and would issue me a refund. Too late!

Taxi did not turn up, do not use!
Taxi did not turn up and we were left waiting in the snow in minus temperatures. Eventually had to give up on it and order from another company. When phoning up later to ask about it company promised a refund, as it was booked online and payment was upfront, but no money has been returned. Would not recommend using this services to anyone

I came from London for a business meeting in Manchester. The taxi was on time and the driver most knowledgeable . He dropped me off at my location and was waiting for me at 2.15pm to take me back to Manchester Piccadily Station. Definitely will use Manchester Taxi Service next time I am in Manchester.

Not on time or contactable
The reservation was made for 8am and they didn’t pick us up until about 8:45, the website didn’t provide a working phone number for us to contact the driver, and when we did finally get picked up the driver made a stop between getting us and leaving. Given that it was a £90 ride I was expecting an on time vehicle and efficient driver.

taxi cancelled no refund
booked taxi which was cancel but I wasn't informed . I later got a txt explaining the reason and I would be refunded. I havnt yet been refunded after two weeks. I've contact them twice but still no moneys

Underwhelming service
Used a few times during a recent visit. Constant confusion about where we were/were going, one driver decided to do another job first and come late despite us booking the night before and then called to ask where we were for the trillionth time and tell us to "wait outside cos I'm in a hurry, all right love?" and then told us to get out in the middle of traffic. They've also sent me about 20 emails asking for a review which is not really acceptable.

Fantastic service
Fantastic first rate service booked last month and the company kept me updated. Taxi driver was waiting for for me in arrivals was smartly dress polite and extremely helpful. He even helped get my bags in the car.

Waited forty minutes then they cancelled and paid back the credit card booking we had made. Didn't help as we ended up late for our appointment

I wasn’t sure what cab company to use as I don’t know manchester at all but totally lucked out with finding this company. Got a call to say they were on the way and another to say had arrived. Arrived on time and a lovely warm cab for my journey. Would defiantly use again.
