MARC URSELLI Reviews

Marc's mix opened up aspects of my music to me that I couldn't have dreamt of! He is smooth to work with and I feel very understood by the way he makes my music sound! 6/5 Stars! :)

Marc is a professional like few in the music industry.
His artistic choices are clear and in perfect line with the desires of those who entrust mixing and mastering in his hands.
Recommended for everyone!!!

I recorded my first record with Marc just last January and everything was incredibly smooth and fast. It was the quickest album I've ever made with the playback mix sounding like a finished album! Extremely happy with the whole experience from preliminary planning, to set-up, and mix. The sounds, interaction, musical knowledge and technical skills are all world class. I highly recommend working with Marc you won't regret it!

I've made over two dozen records in my career as a composer/performer and, without any question, Marc Urselli is far and away the best engineer I've ever worked with. He's a complete studio virtuoso, with a fully integrated understanding of how to get the very best sounds to tape. While recording, he has an uncanny ability to anticipate the artists needs and knows how to keep sessions going smoothly and efficiently. He's incredibly professional, delivering all materials in a timely and organized fashion. Most importantly, Marc loves music. He loves musicians and he always brings great vibes to the session. He's made my records sparkle beyond anything I could have conceived. As a listener, if I see Marc's name on a record, I know I'm in for a most satisfying listen.

If you are looking for exceptional audio, compose, mixed, and/or mastered, Mr Urselli is definitely the man for the job. His work is not only industry standard, but it's that of the elites. His attention to details is incredible. An honor to work with.

Marc mixed one of my tracks. This is the first time I’ve used him and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. His sound is impeccable. Absolutely love what he did with my song. Cannot fault him. I’ll be sending him more tracks to mix for sure.

Needed his help with both mixing and mastering sessions. A great person, and a great professional!
Flawless.

I have recorded over 5 albums with Marc, either live or in his studio. He is clearly one of the best sound engineers on this planet. Super talented, professional, detail oriented, very efficient, knowledgeable of a big range of music styles...Every project he gets involved with sounds fantastic. I highly recommend him.

Marc Urselli did the mix and mastering of the album of my band, Noisiness. To say that he did a great job is little, he worked on tracks recorded in home recording, and he managed not only to improve the quality of the recordings we sent him, but also to keep our sound. We worked with him during the lockdown period in 2020. Despite working remotely, he was always present, never delayed in sending us tracks and always gave importance to every little request we made. Even though he put his personal imprint on our music, he didn't make our songs lose their identity and adapted perfectly, as already mentioned, to our sound. This means working with an extremely professional person. Despite the fact that he has worked with artists of the caliber of Nick Cave, he did not back down at our request to mix our songs.
We recommend him a lot, in his work is the best, surely you will be well, because he is a person who cares about the needs of its customers.
Thanks for everything from Noisiness, we hope to have the opportunity to work with you again.

Highly recommended engineer and producer. We've worked through several iterations of our song to get it just right. Great vibes all around!

Marc is without a doubt a 5 star pro. He works quickly and carefully, takes his client's visions to the next level and is all around a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him.

Marc is incredible. I think the best I have worked with. Very patient, always make sure you are happy with the mix. But the overall sound he achieved is amazing. I have no hesitation recommending Marc. Involve him in your recordings, you won't regret it

Marc is an incredible person, he is very professional, we are very happy that he will work with us, we send him a greeting from Barquisimeto-Venezuela.

Marc is detail orientated and so easy to work with.
I am currently working on an Indie Label project with him and his professional experiences make the process so smooth and efficient.
He adds his soul and heartbeat to my music, that literally bring my songs to life.
I could not have found a better producer for this album.
Marc's mixing and mastering are, in a word, PERFECT.

I've had the pleasure to work with Marc Urselli on two different recordings of mine, one rock/electric and the other classical/flamenco guitar, as well as numerous session dates. He is excellent as both a producer and sound engineer. As a producer he is very creative and unique, yet at the same time stays true to the original nature and spirit of the songwriter, and his mixes reflect this and are fantastic. As a sound engineer he is very easy to record with, dialing in sounds, editing and comping very quickly, and creates a very relaxed environment that makes recording sessions flow really smoothly. He has a ton of experience and it shows. He has my wholehearted recommendation.

Working with Marc is nothing short of a sonic expansion of your musical vision. Perfection in the art of capturing sound, as it really sounds, is something very hard to achieve. He does that and much more. His talent in balancing the instruments is legendary. Just ask John Zorn, who is famous for layers and layers of organic and synthetic sounds, I've heard it is hundreds of tracks!! Skillfully blended and sounding massive. Check out his work on Patton, and the list goes on. Yet, you will be treated exactly the same as a giant star, he really loves discovering new bands, and helping every and anyone who works with him have a super sonically satisfying experience!! Thank you for the amazing and exciting mix. The reason we asked Marc to mix is because "I wanted to have the world's top quality songs and spread that amazing song to the world." We were convinced that the dream would come true.

It was a pleasure working with Marc! He was able to meet our deadline and the mix and master sounded fantastic! Solid experience! Looking forward to working with him again!

Working with Marc was such a great and fun experiance. He advised me every step of the way during the mixing process which subsequently led to my EP sounding even better than I could have imagined! Would highly recommend his services!
