ENTIRE AQUARIUM FISH DEAD! They sent me fish food laden with poison and arsenic. All my fish are dead!!!!! THE ENTIRE ECOSYSTEM DIED!

Whatever you do stay away!

Awful service. First time purchase on Monday Labor Day paid extra for 5 business days delivery. No news on Tuesday or Wed or Thursday so I sent email to customer service response was they had too many orders to fill. It would be first come first served. Tried to cancel order on 4th business day was told it already shipped. 7th business day got notice it shipped from warehouse and would be stuck in Atlanta due to hurricane. This place is all about getting your business and then giving you the business don’t wast your time or money with them. Too many others to choose from.

I placed an order on a Saturday, and then tried to cancel it the same day. I was told this was impossible and that after it shipped I could send back for a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Hard to see how this couldn't have been canceled in this circumstance. I will now use bulk reef supply as my preferred vendor as they have exceptional customer service.

As a customer overseas, my recent experience with Marine Depot has been horrible. Placed an order in November last year, yet have yet to recieve it - they've taken my money but no product!

I call and I'm met with people who don't care, or can't understand my situation. The service level is simply shocking and unacceptable.

Purchased their MAX E - 260 fish tank from their site and I am very impressed of the quality of the material used on this aquarium. The 10 gallon tank made it a perfect home for my fishes. Thank you so much!

This place is the bomb!! Never have any problem, the primary reason I shop there is due to their excellent customer support . They have a lot of stuff , good selection, and very Good prices!!!

I was bringing my business to this particular store, just because that idea of helping the small guys.
However, I just came to the realization that they don't care at all about their customers.
I placed an order online. I received a call from them that the transaction has been declined. Ironically I was opening the email my CC had sent me of the transaction been approved.
Nonetheless, I called my CC company, after spending near an hour with them on the phone, they concluded that they didn't know what MarineDepot was talking about, that the transaction was totally approved and that there was no issue at all. I was able to see the transaction as pending in my online banking account too. My CC gave me a phone for merchant support so I could give it to MarineDepot.
I called MarineDepot again. What I got? Total rudeness, they didn't want to look into the issue, they couldn't care less for what the CC company was saying, not to give them a call to clarify the issue.
I guess that this type of attitude is why people go and do business with Amazon.

One of the best places to shop for my reef aquarium supply. When it comes to pricing, customer service... they are neck to neck with BRS. I used to purchase solely from BRS before, but now alternate between BRS and Marinedepot. There are many products that Marindepot has better pricing on, or have better selection.

I ordered the 15x15'' cube rimless and seamless fish tank that was on sale at the time. When I received my order and there was a minor chip on one of the corners at the bottom, and since it was directly on a corner I was worried if it would eventually leak. So I emailed MarineDepot with my concern and a few pictures for proof, they promptly emailed me back telling me they are sending me out a new tank with a return label & apologized for the inconvenience. I had my new tank within days & was it beautiful! Thank you MarineDepot I am very happy with my products!

Fantastic customer service- the rep on the phone was patient, helpful, and sympathetic; laughing with me about my recent ordeal ordering the same product from another company and having to return it. Great people. Made me feel at ease.

Great policies- they price-matched another online retailer for the canister filter I needed, plus 10% of the difference.

Great shipping- They shipped it the same day I ordered it, it arrived in 3 days, packed expertly. In perfect shape.

I will definitely be back. They can be high priced, but with this level of customer service and quality, I will choose professional over cheap any day.
