Terrible customer service after a lost delivery
We bought two backpacks, but instead of sending them together, the company shipped them separately. One of them got lost during transport, and we have received no help whatsoever. They did not handle the claim with Correos Express (the order was placed from Spain) and offered no tracking or follow-up.
Everything has been a hassle: they asked for pointless documentation, ignored our emails, and kept saying the person in charge was on vacation. Even when we had an official statement from Correos Express confirming the parcel was lost, they kept asking for it again, changing just a single word in the text (written in Spanish).
The whole experience has been frustrating and absurd. In the end, we paid for a backpack we never received. We feel completely deceived. If they aim to present themselves as a “premium” company, their customer service is certainly far from it.
