Mahlon our service was tech was wonderful and we give him 5stars!!

Martin installed a new water conditioning system in April, 24. The water softening mechanism started making very lout noises in July. Tim Mohler examined the system, disassembled the valves, cleaned everything out, and solved the problem quickly and professionally. I'm very satisfied with the service and will use Martin for all such service in future.

Customer service was excellent throughout its entirety from the person taking to my request for annual maintenance of our whole house water filtration system to the 2 technicians who maintenanced and installed a malfunctioned ultraviolet light with an updated version. We were appreciative of them being sympathetic to our delicate situation regarding our brother with special needs. The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and professional in manner and appearance. I highly recommend this company to service your water needs.

We scheduled our annual service for our Kinetico Water Softener and Kinetico Drinking Water System. Technician, Zach was prompt, professional, polite and very proficient. He explained his service responsibilities and expeditiously completed the task. Our systems are in top notch shape and very clean. Crystal clean and pure water ready to enjoy.

We have a water system that was installed about 10 years ago. We had difficulty in finding a reliable company that wour service our system.
We found out about Martin and called them for service. In less than 3 days they were able to send Matt out to check our system and check our water quality. Matt was extremely informative, respectful and clearly knew his stuff.
Matt completed his review and informed us that our current system was doing fine. Matt did not push us to buy a new system but gave a nice overview of what Martin offers.
We ended up asking for annual service and Matt offered to complete this years service while he was at our home.
It was so nice to not feel pressured and to feel that we have found a great contractor!

Ryan arrived when scheduled. Made quick work of a new softener and osmosis water system. Disappointed that we could not use the faucet from Martin, but after some searching was able to find a RO Kohler that best matched our modern style primary kitchen faucet.
Looking forward to the installation by Martin of our new faucet upon arrival.

TO THE RESCUE!!
After a recent water main break we called Martins to flush out our recently installed system and change the filters. They were at our house within hours and we could drink our water almost immediately! Great Service!

Duane was very good. He explained very thing he did. I was very happy with the service.

Customer service and care for quality make this water conditioning company head and shoulders above the rest. I searched several water companies before deciding on Martin Water Conditioning. There was a problem during installation and my sales person, Clarence Zimmerman, was wonderful. Going above and beyond to make things right. If you want a company you can trust, this is the one for you.

We had an issue with are newly purchased electric stove. Called Martins to report the issue, they sent a technician (Ryan) to repair the stove. Ryan is very nice and knowledgeable person. Ryan went to work on the stove and in a short time completed the repairs. He is an asset to the Martins team.

I have been unhappy with my old water softener system and was ready to write off the smell and iron staining as something I had to just live with. Martins was recommended by my new neighbors, and I called. Clarence came within days, tested my water, explained what was available and set up an installation day. Wes came to install the system. Walked me thru what I needed to know and went above and beyond to take care of all that was needed to fix my water. It's been a few days. My house doesn't stink like rotten eggs. My water tastes great. And the unit looks great taking up even less room than the previous old one had. I have already spoken to two of my friends and highly recommend Martins and this knowledgeable crew.

Had sales accociate Mark come and test my water and he recommed to me a Kinetico system with a drinking water station with a blue light... Mark was a great sales person And great a what he does, Then two tech's insalled the system Adam and Craig what a great job they did I am very happy with the results,

I purchased my home 7 years ago it had a culligan system. I had trouble with that system from day one. After six years with them never able to fix the problem I decided I had enough. My son in law Brian Roberts got a hold of Martin and they sent Kelly out to see what I had and give me a bid. I was pleasantly surprised no hard pitch just the facts. The price was right so I decided to have Martin install a new water system. Best decision I've made in a while. The installer (Merv Keener) was a delight. He had my old system torn out, he re-piped and installed the new system in record time. I own a HVAC company and know what a good install looks like. His work was A++. He went above and beyond when he was getting ready to load up his tools and captured my cat and brought her upstairs so she wouldn't sneak out. Now that my friends is SERVICE.

Had to have a new water system installed. Brad Z. was the technician that installed the system. He was very knowledgeable about his job and was extremely diligent about getting the job done. He had been at our home almost all day the day before trying to fix our old system to get it running for us as we have terrible water but everything he tried would not work. He suggested that it would be best to get a new system put in. We are very pleased with him and his work and would recommend him to others.

The technician Duane was on time, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, explained all my options to help keep my system running properly and did the work efficiently, correctly and neatly. The job was well done. However, the final cost surprised me a little. I asked for a itemized receipt and was told that it was sent to my email 3 times, but I haven't received it yet. Something is wrong on my end or their end. I am now waiting on the regular mail for my receipt. Minor problems so maybe only a 4.8 rating.

Had a very good service and sales. Evan went the extra mile to help with my issues. Merv was terrific, all looked and worked terrific when finished. definitely recommend!

Thank you to Loren M. for his presentation of the water conditioning system and water purifying system. He made it clear, and answered all my questions. He also followed up with a phone call about a week later. Thank you to Dave W. also, who installed both systems. He made sure everything was clean, afterwards, and then explained the 2 systems thoroughly. It was a very positive experience. I am so happy that I bought these systems because now my appliances will be protected from the extra minerals in the water, and so will my drinking water. Thank you to all.
