Phones not answered, email ignored and orders not delivered. They owe us over £3000 but after 2 weeks still no refund. Maybe they will go into receivership or bankruptcy soon

Absolutely, absolutely terrible customer service
If you run a hospitality business, please don't work with these people. There's no reliable employee there, everyone throws the blame at one another, and our last orders have been cancelled TWICE without any notice

My orders have been cancelled without any notice in advance, had they been responsible enough to let me know that their depots had broken down, I would have atleast found alternative ways. I do understand sometimes stuff happens but their accountability is zero

My business lost a lot of money for the last two weeks, because of their lack of accountability....

MC systems issues have been the cause of my pub not receiving an order for 2 weeks now. My pubs has sales in excess of 50 k a week. I work for a very large company which MC has supplied for years I have never known such stress, having to scrabble around lending stock and buying from expensive local wholesales. Thanks very much for the nervous breakdown/ slashed profits

Worse drinks company in uk .always staff missing from delivery.when you contact them they keep saying we will look into it .very very unprofessional and cow boy’s manager and staff .awful customer service.

I worked there for just over a week and was harassed by a co worker called names and ridiculed. I told the management team and was told no one heard it even though I was in a queue of workers, and the person who did it said he had done it but only in a message. The company don't want nothing to do with this but say they look out for there workers. If you work for or have business with them this is the sort of people you will be associating with.

I was also assaulted in the factory by this employee and after a witness come forward to say he seen it I was still fired because I was upset about being assaulted, the management just look out for there friends no matter the situation. Its hard to believe this sort of thing still goes on in 2022.

Funny managers. They ask for more staff with contact details, you provide them with just the names ( as contact details are confidential) and then they block you without an explanation instead of just telling you they don`t want to work with you. Childish!

I've been ordering wine from this company for over 10 years, I've started smaller business around 5 years ago and the business was going great before the pandemic so I was still ordering wine from them. After the lockdown, Business wasn't going as well as it used to so I ordered wine less frequently and last month I was going to order some more wine again but they couldn't find the account and then it took almost a week for them to get back to us on what was going on, when they finally contacted us they told us that the account was permanently closed with no reason why. It's disappointing that they let a loyal customer go like that.

Awful company! AVOID. Closed our account with no warning and no apologies. We are opening back up with evenings and they had not communicated in any way to tell us of the problems they were encountering. Go with Speciality!

Very poor customer service and lack of support for business clients.

This company bent over backwards to help any way they could and advising all i had to do to have an account opened with regards to licenses etc and i followed all instructions got an account opened and used them every week for a year and built a business around their stock and then a year down the line when all the bars and restaurants opened back up they pulled the rug from under me saying they couldnt to deliver to my business as it was residential address (i work from home as only choice looking after disabled child) my business is all fully licensed and registered proper business and they never had a problem before - as they are the only company that brings the prosecco i use into uk this has just about finished my business off - horrible users that don't give a damn!!!!

Unbelievably unprofessional company . We ordered wines and received after a week half of the order we placed . Customers services are liars. We paid online and now Waiting for the refund . That was our first and last order .

I would give no stars if possible, for a large national company I can't get over how incompetent they have been. We are a small business & we started the process of setting up an account to place our first order back in June, due to delays on their part, (staff away on holiday) we finally placed our order in August. When our order arrived 1 item was incorrect, we were told the correct bottle would be sent but several weeks later a courier came to collect an empty keg and the incorrect bottle but he didn't bring the correct bottle that we had paid for and ordered in the first place.
We were then sent an invoice for the replacement bottle that hadn't arrived, we corrected this error and weeks later still no replacement. Asked for a refund, we were sent a credit note, we called to ask for a refund as will never order from them again to be told that we had an outstanding invoice for the single replacement bottle (invoice incorrectly sent & we never got it) so we weren't owed anything not even credit.
We were copied in to internal emails showing comments about us, never spoke to the same person, never phoned by them, one way communication, gave them 2 simple options, send bottle or refund still unresolved 3 months later & no sign of a solution.
Having spoken to other bar businesses we are not the only ones to experience this appalling customer service or lack of.
