Replacement Mattress
The drivers phoned me to say they were 20minutes away .On arrival 2 very polite chaps brought the Simba Mattress to our bedroom unpacked it from the box They placed on the bedframe and removed the plastic bag the mattress was in .They told me we could sleep on it that night They removed and took all packaging with them .

Bad delivery service!
I had a horrible delivery experience with this company. They came and took the old mattress and managed to get it down the stairs no problem. However, they refused to put the new mattress up in the bedroom supposedly because they would have had to bend it more than 45 degrees. However, they did not even bend the old mattress when they took it down and it's the same size! I tried to explain that they just had to change the angle but nothing. So they just left the mattress downstairs for me to do it on my own... They were just in a rush and too lazy to figure it out...

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery of your new mattress.
We understand your frustration, particularly as the delivery team were able to remove your old mattress but were unable to take the new mattress upstairs. We appreciate that, from your perspective, this would understandably seem inconsistent, especially given that both mattresses were the same size.
Our delivery teams are required to follow specific handling and safety guidelines when moving mattresses, and there may be circumstances where the packaging or construction of a new mattress means it cannot safely be manoeuvred in the same way as the old one. However, we are sorry that the situation was not explained to you clearly and that you were left with the mattress downstairs.
We certainly would not want any customer to feel that our delivery team was unwilling to assist or simply rushing to leave. We take your comments seriously and will ensure the feedback is passed to the relevant team.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and for the disappointment with the delivery service.
