The training was awful because I was forced to just stand around but expected to know everything on the 2nd day. The company MAU took too long to hire me on board and the communication was lacking. However I would recommend this company and job to whoever is in need of a simple job that requires minimal effort.

Always under staffed. Pay less then competitors in the area. It's a horrible place to work and I would only recommend ppl come here if you have no other options. No matter how hard you work you will never be seen as an individual. You will never get raise based on performance. You won't even get a thank you. Mau will over work you at every turn. I work at the kimberly clark location in ogden utah. My direct supervisor is the best and she is the reason I've stayed as long as I have but I do not want work here. There are way more fork lift / warhouse / operations jobs that are hiring in the ogden area that pay at least 2 dollars more an hour with bonuses. Im still currently working for mau but will be moving on in the next few weeks. I'm currently one of the operations coordinators. I'm not upset about my experience and the job itself I like. but the pay and never having a fully staffed shift make it too much.

The teachers made the experience enjoyable for me. Keep doing what you’re doing BMW.

Worst place I ever worked at! I literally suffer from PTSD from being bullied by co workers and manager

They were responsive and quite professional. They answered all my questions and gave me an ample amount of time to get the proper paper work in order. All the staff was nice and easy to communicate with.

I was only employed for a two week time during that time I was not shown the correct place to clock in where for three days I was clocking in an out at the wrong location the forklift equipment is not fully operational an has safety issues an instead of proper training I was replaced by the leads best friend then told I wasn’t being let go just was going to find different placement after about a month long wait with no response to text messages voicemails or email i finally find out that I was not even an employee anymore this is not how employment should work even wit South Carolina being an at will state I will not nor will I ever suggest anyone to this company I don’t care how good the job or pay is I was clearly shown my interest or employment was not you all interest not a good company at all

Feeling comfortable working my stations and other coworkers and team lead help me anytime I need help, everyone is friendly.

MAU is a great place to work they got me a job at Bosch and I love working there and learning new things is great thank you so much and I definitely will refer other people. And the people in the office are very nice when I went up there again thank you.

Applied for spot and when i talked with troy he asked me questions and i was answering and he cut me off said sorry and just hung up on me.

1st off there communication skills really suck with the people that they are employing. They are back and fourth and all over the place with directions. This would have been my sons first real job ever and MAU literally cost him his 1st job because of there screwed up communication skills. There representative for MAU that works for YAMAHA YOU REALLY SUCK AT YOUR JOB. IF I could give ZERO STARS I absolutely would.

My son worked at MAU(BMW) for about 4mos. He worked in Assembly/ Tilt52 / Band 52. His direct report was someone by the name of Kate. This was his first "real" job. He has worked a part-time for a year and half. He has since found another job and is very happy daily. He went into this job with excitement. He never missed a day. He received his 90 certification. But everyday he was harassed in this area. There was a lot of racial tension. It was his first time experiencing racism. He was hurt and everyday he hated to go in there. When he started, he was told by another employee that he would not be there long because they do not like other races in that Band. He did not understand what that meant and I told his to ignore it because everyone is treated by their character. He would later come home daily upset at things being said and done to him. One particular employee by the name of Hawk cursed him to his face and nothing was done about. This man continued to berate my son daily. I have thought long and hard about sending this email. It has been four months since my son has worked there. I can not as a mother go another day without giving this review. I think any person of color that have worked in that dept should be called for a review. This put a bad taste in his mouth for BMW.

MAU provided good work and prepared work for me so fast I was able to keep my head and honestly saved me during tough times. Always checking and making sure the experience at the job. Sites are good and comfortable I would choice them every time.

MAU did a wonderful job matching my skills to such a great company. Kathy is just awesome in following through to temp assignments & shows concern on your progression. MAU genuinely cares about your career advancements.

Mau is a very Awesome!! Bosch really cares about their associates. So many benefits with promising future for who wants to put in the work.

Greatest hiring experience I have received in years. Onboarding has taught me a lot and I’m still learning. BMW will be where I retire from.
