So easy to order and delivery so can relax and order from armchair excellent

Excellent service as always
Pretty anklet perfect for sunny days & holiday

Have ordered alot from Mauds the Jewellers and always be extremely happy with customer care packaging and prompt delivery service. 👌😊

I bought a Joma bracelet for my niece's birthday. It was delivered to me with the presentation card that it comes on quite severely bent, also I paid extra for a gift bag - it only came in the standard Joma bag that all previous bracelets I have bought have come in (I've bought a lot!!), I was expecting a nice grey Maudes bag. A little bit disappointed.

Beautiful bracelet delivered quickly and very well packaged, quality for money

Amazing product much better than in the picture I will definitely be purchasing more products soon

Excellent service from start to finish by Jade. I phoned to enquire about a bracelet for a birthday gift. The item was posted out the same day. It was beautifully packaged and arrived the following day, as promised.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered a sale item but there was an unforeseen stock shortage. I was informed and refunded very quickly. Would purchase here again.

I hadn't heard of your company before and took a chance and ordered the goods, as the bag seemed out of stock elsewhere, including the Katie Loxton website! Order packaged, delivered in a timely manner. Superbly packaged and complete with the Katie Loxton packaging gift bag! Thanks very much!
This should be the standard from all companies. Thank you for setting those standards!
