Brilliant customer service (hardware)
Best in class customer service from the Hardware department (Graeme). Very helpful from initial contact and product question asking, through to fast delivery on order placement and no hassle replacement when one of the items received had some damage. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend very impressed!

Need to review delivery company options
Ordered plastic skirting,caulk,capping board and trim.
Good price but reflected in finish -had to buff each length before fitting as no paper or foam between lengths in transit .
Box was split in transit and one trim broken and one tube of caulk missing.Rang to advise and was told they would ring me next day...which was mid November..no call to date but i wrote it off as a £5.45 loss but was more than happy with skirting price .

Poor Customer Service
Well we got off to a bad start I ordered a multi-point lock which was showing 9 in stock, when in fact the stock level was zero, I found this out myself by making a phone call asking why my order was still showing as pending. When the item finally arrived it was found to be damaged in transit. The package was substandard (split into 2 pieces) to transport and protect such an item. When I informed the MBDiy they apologised and said they would send me a return Label because they wouldn’t release the replacement lock until they had receipt of the item .It then took several live chats and a phone call for their carrier to come and collect the item and when they finally did they lost it at their transport hub in Newcastle. so I then had to get In touch with the carrier so they could notify MBDiy they had lost the item which was over 6ft long ? then another phone call to MBDiy to ask when I was going to receive my item they said I would receive a phone call shortly which I never did. So I then had to make another phone call to find out when I would receive the item.Overall very poor customer service and the carrier they use are even worse.

Excellent quality products
I tried several DIY stores online and instore before looking for Plastic Rivets on MB DIY, I didn't require alot so I ordered over the phone. I received Excellent customer service and the rivets at a great price. I would definitely recommend.

MB DIY a great company to deal with!
Excellent service from this DIY supplier. Easy site to order from with a good selection of products I just cant get via other suppliers. This is the second time I have used MB and have recieved great next day delivery, well packed. I also like that they have tryed NOT to rip me off with the thier packing and delivery charge. Well done MB I will use you again!
