MB Store | Fish Tanks Reviews

Very easy process from beginning to end, even when I ordered the wrong size it was rectified with ease. Brilliant service especially as they brought it your home and put it where you want. I appreciate the honesty of the delivery man telling me my stand wouldn’t hold the weight with water in it. Although he scared me a bit it was better than having a flood and a ruined new tank.other companies would not have cared so much. Can’t wait for the stand to come so I can set it up. Definitely a five star service from beginning to end

Excellent service lovely fish tank and delivered by a very friendly driver I’m a very happy customer

Quick delivery options and the driver turned up within the delivery window that we were told he would.

This is the first time I've ordered from here and I was not disappointed. The prices were very good and the tank is of very good quality.
The delivery did take a little longer than I would have liked but that was simply because my tank had broken and this was the replacement so the terrapin was having to live in our bath.

Great quality fish tank
Fast delivery and delivered onto the stand we already had set up for us
Would definitely recommend and would buy again from here
Brilliant thank you

Excellent communication and delivery

Quality products

Our delivery driver was fantastic, he was super helpful. We received helpful emails in the lead up to the delivery. Hundred percent will buy again from and would absolutely recommend. No issues with the glass whatsoever, just lovely experience!

Great communication. Delivery driver was a total star. Dropped to the room of our choice. Once up the unit is crazy sturdy and it’s such an amazing deal. We are mega impressed with all but one thing. The instructions to build the unit, what a total ballache and I don’t even have any balls!! As an Audhd person I need step by step instructions but the one picture with all info on the same picture not done step by step meant a total nightmare to build it. If the instructions were better it would be an 11/10. Great company to deal with. Fast efficient service. Many thanks.

5* service! The delivery was excellent. Arrived right on time and the delivery driver was so polite and helpful with putting it exactly where I wanted it. The tank is absolutely lovely, would recommend this company to anyone who's looking at buying a fish tank. Thanks for your great service ⭐

Am really glad I ordered from here. Was a bit worried about delivery and reached out before putting the order in. I wasn't going to be free on one of the possible delivery days, but staff talked me through how we could make the delivery work for me. The tank, stand and lid has now been delivered and the fish tank looks beautiful. Just in the process of filtering the water in the tank before putting fish in it.

Absolutely brilliant! Fast delivery, got a call beforehand and the lovely man brought it in and put it on its stand for us.

Very pleasant delivery chap, delivered on time, exactly what was expecting tank to be. First time dealing with this company would recommend to family and friends looking for products.
Kept informed regarding delivery date and time overall a very pleasant experience.

Easy to deal with and very helpful and prompt service and delivery second to none

Lovely well made tank. Delivery was quick and on time. Would definitely use this company again.

Good service and delivered in perfect condition

Very good customer service keeps me updated . The tank is very good and the driver that delivered it was very helpful and carried it to the room I required it in .

Great aquarium, good quality, delivered on time

Really impressed with the quality and price. Also the delivery was extremely fast. Overall - would definitely recommend.

I’m really impressed with the quality of this tank. It is really solid and the glass is very thick. Not flimsy like some shop bought tanks.
