I will never order thru McDelivery (Door Dash) on McDonald's app again! Waited over 2 hours for nuggets n fries, never received order! Was lied to by 2 different customer service reps who had no actual knowledge of what was happening! After waiting for over 2 hours and making 2 phone calls to "help" the only thing they could offer was to cancel my order! Oh and wasn't offered any type of coupon or compensation for waiting and my refund wouldn't even be back for 3 days! I dont think they care that they lost a customer! Went to taco bell instead! Not sure if this us McDonald's or door dash concern but mcdelivery is the problem!

Non existent help ask to upload receipt for missing item button doesn't work and this is the only way to look for assistance they are a bunch of crooks

Should be Zero. App designed to annoy you and prevent you from solving the issue.

Would like to give zero stars but that’s not an option - virtual assist unhelpful when trying to chase a refund

What's the point of mobile order? If you still get parked, I ordered my food 15 minutes before I got here and I still got parked. Make that make sense when in your abs says it would be ready for you.Help me understand

Absolutely appalling. Waited over an hour and a half for breakfast. Called my driver who told me he didn’t have my order number. My order was cancelled on me after a long time. I spoke to customer service over the messages and they said I’d get a full refund. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received it. £41 in total. So not only didn’t I get my food, we waited hours and now I don’t have my money back. I’ve tried to contact customer service to chase the refund but I keep getting sent to a bot and can’t even access the previous customer service messages. Absolutely shocking service and a nightmare to get help from.

The mc Donald's app is a third party app.if you make a mistake or the app make a mistake there is no turn back.there is no way to cancel the order a second after placing the order no customer service you are in your own

Our order took an hour to arrive. We were watching the delivery driver on the tracking. He took about 20mins to arrive at our house after leaving the store. He was stationary for about 10mins. I tried to raise a complaint but, they didn't wat to know. They think it's perfectly acceptable to deliver stone cold food, very late and offer no means to raise a complaint. The AI chat bot just goes around in circles until you have a heart attack or give up and accept you have been robbed.

So bad, it's over complicated , does not show offers that are advertised, 99p etc.. lots of blank images. Can't find local stores.

Placed a £18 order of food including all credit i had saved up on my account. Food said delivered but was never delivered. No evidence provided of delivery. So, we tried contacting the McDonald's we ordered from directly they said they couldn’t do anything and wouldn’t even tell us if the order had been collected..

We had no options so tried calling uber like it says on the app but it tell you to just use the AI help feature which is completely useless and offered no support whatsoever. Would not bother ever using this app again complete and utter scam they keep getting away with i have had multiple people tell me the same has happened to them before.

I’ve got 35,000 points and have never, ever been able to redeem them at any MAC. Branch.
Most of the staff are unable to understand the operation of the app or how they are applied.

Dont order off McDelivery! I ordered 2 upgraded meals, redeemed 14000 points for 1 meal and received a bagel and a couple drinks. Called customer service twice who said they can't refund my money or deliver the food I ordered. I requested to speak to a supervisor who was just as useless and called me 7 hours after I called and spoke to customer service. Out $30, out 14000 points and a garbage bagel to show for it. I will never use the app for delivery again. Completely unacceptable. Oh and of course, submitting a report online keeps coming up "oops, try again later"

For the 3rd time in 6 months, I placed an order with the code provided, and the code was supposedly accepted, but when I get to the window, they want to charge me full price despite the fact the code had a discount on the order, and tell me they have no control over the app. So frustrating. McDonald's, you need to fix your app, and also give the locations the ability to honor the discounts when your app doesn't work!

I have come to the conclusion that McDonald's has some type of algorithm that keeps you from gaining or using too many points. Numerous times it has said there was an issue with payment yet if I go to doodash seconds later and order the same meal it goes through. Conclusion McDonald's blocks from using the app so they can make more money.

I have been using the McDonalds app since its release. Usually it seems to work fine, giving me back some free items I have earned, however lately something has been going on, and its absolutely garbage now. I choose a code to use, then I get to the window and they can't use it because they are saying that the code was for something other than what I actually ordered, which absolutely is not what the code showed me when I chose it. I have been using this a long time, this is not an error on my part. I believe its a sneaky deceitful way of limiting the amount of free stuff I earn by buying food every morning. Also, I have had points straight up stolen from my balance when going through the drive through. This happened last week, I had about 7,300 points, order the same thing I order every single morning, and when I approached the window I was told the code I used "isn't working" and I paid full price, yet the 6,000 points were deducted from my balance. This actually is a known flaw, and happens to many others all the time. You order a frappe using a code, then you find out the freppe machine isn't working, so you can't get one yet the points are still deducted. McDonalds needs to fix these issues, they are theft of earned points and this is unacceptable. I have reached out more than once and I get the generic response, asking me to provide details from my receipt which I often don't even get with my food. They ask so many questions in hopes you can't or don't reply, then close the "case" 3 days later. This is a disgusting sneaky theft, and I spend a lot of money every week day. So now, I go somewhere else and they can take the loss of a loyal customer of over 15yrs. The amount of money I have spent that should have been for free or discounted items has added up to quite a bit now, if I did the math just recently, its probably in the ballpark of $30 or so. While this may not seem like much to some, its a lot for me, and for anyone that spends a total of about $100/wk in food for myself and my kids. McDonalds app is garbage, and it needs to be fixed, stop robbing customers!!!

I’ve not yet gone through a McDonalds drive through and the “one time code” works, seems a waste of time to me! McDonald’s, if you’re going to do a reward scheme do it properly! Sort it out!
