MDP Supplies Reviews

It's the third order placed from MDP Supplies, and I am very impressed from A to Z. Super fast dispatch time, great price, quality, and packed with care.
Many thanks to everyone.

Great experience, Erin helped me get my order in picked and shipped the same day

I LOVE MDP!! The great thing is that you can actually talk to real people in customer support, something that is becoming rare these days. They are always helpful & their prices are great too! ❤️❤️❤️

Ordered box of 12 mugs, 7 were broken upon delivery and the issue was sorted ASAP. Carly sent replacment mug in double walled bexes and extra packaging.
Brilliant customer service always.

Have used MDP for many years and have always found the products on offer to be good value.
The customer service over both phone and email in particular is very good. Prompt replies and always friendly.
Carly deserves a special mention here, had a recent warehouse picking issue with our order and had the incorrect item replaced and dispatched the same day, no questions asked.
Well done MDP, a good example for other suppliers to follow.

I always get excellent service from MDP supplies. Their range of products is amazing, from sublimation to clothing vinyl to machinery and signage.

Most recently, I’ve just invested in a Siser Romeo which will be invaluable to my small business.

The customer service is also amazing. Most recently I’ve been dealing with Erin, who dealt with my query efficiently and was super friendly.

Keep up the great work, guys!

MDP customer service is excellent. Communication through email was quick. Special mention to Erin who prioritized our order to get it out to us quickly. Will gladly continue to order from MDP supplies.

Been using theu guys at MDP for around 12 years now, brilliant service and always find them extremely helpful if you ever have a query on a product. Keep up the great work.

Used MDP Supplies for around 13 years and I can't fault them. Always on time, always a call away and the website is really useful, I can see all my invoices and past orders in one place. Even better since they implemented showing the stock.

Super quick delivery and fast response from Carly on Customer Service!

Great customer service. I needed help changing an order, which was pretty much on the back of the delivery truck, and they couldn't do enough for me. It's a nice change.

Replied to my email with in minutes and sorted my order out instantly.

Thank you to Carly (superstar)

Carly is an absolute superstar! Helped our business effectively and efficiently in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you Carly once again.

The products stocked by MDP are great and their level of professionalism is fantastic. The only issues I have ever had have been courier based so out of MDP's control. Despite that when these issues have arisen MDP have always bent over backwards to sort them for me.

It's being able to trust that level of service that keeps me coming back :)

Always quick with order never have any issues.

MDP is not what it used to be. The quality of issue resolution and customer service has noticeably declined over the years. As a long-term customer, I have seen a clear change, and unfortunately, it has not been for the better.

Honestly, I have only purchased from MDP twice and both times my order has been there the next day. Even when I ordered at 5pm, it turned up the next day.

Now, customer service..... Customer service in my eyes is one of the most important things in any company. It's what I pride myself on and to meet someone so informative and friendly as Erin who has answer all my questions and more is exactly what will make me a returning customer. I use Teckwrap for most of my projects, but after my experience with MDP and the customer service I think I will be making a change in my vinyl choices. Prices are good. Range is good. I'm like a child in a toy shop. That goes in my basket, so does this and that. Then I have to take it all out because of I ordered everything I wanted. My partner would make me sleep in the shed. All round A* company.

I had some issues with my delivery arriving, which was not MDP's fault, but they were great at keeping me updated and keeping on top of my order. Good customer support. Great company. My only criticism would be that they need to add a search bar to their website, as it can be difficult to find the right product.

Fantastic as always. Easy transaction, fast dispatch and quality items :)
