They are amazing! Questions are answered almost immediately, and dispatching takes only few days. To Netherlands the shipping took only 5 days and the price is also super reasonable as well compared with other keyboard vendors in the EU. Love them and will order switches and other keyboards again.

Good selection of products at reasonable prices, have ordered from them twice and would do again. Found the switches I wanted with them for cheaper than any other UK-based shop, and they arrived quickly and with no bent pins!

Probably the best experience I’ve had purchasing a product online. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgable, helping me select silent switches and even sending some samples to test.

Good quality items, and customer service is great! When i received my order, one of the sets was missing 1 piece. I contacted them to let them know and very quickly they resent a full set again. The shipping is very quick and they have a very responsive team!

Very disorganized. I bought a package from them a week ago, one day delivery, and still has not arrived. Emails go unanswered as usual for companies like this.
