This company is the best! It is SO worth the small fee they charge to save so much of your time and energy. I have a very demanding career and cannot spend hours waiting to talk to a pharmacy after pharmacy to just be told no we don’t have it — it’s not only time consuming, but an added stress and let down each time. I was feeling a little hopeless about not being able to find the meds I needed and after taking a chance and hiring medfinder (which was a very easy process I just texted them and they sent me a link to sign up) to get a text the next day saying “we have found your medication!” with instructions on what to do was the best feeling ever! I felt a huge sigh of relief. The amount of time I have spent in the past vs. the fee they charge is a no brainer…. I got my script filled tonight, will use them every time it’s needed! AND they have great, friendly customer service team too! 10/10.

I paid for Medfinder’s service expecting help locating a pharmacy that could fill my prescription using my insurance. Unfortunately, I received just one pharmacy recommendation, and it wasn’t in-network.

When I asked for a refund, the company did follow up and agreed to a refund, which I appreciate.

I spent 6 hours this week fruitlessly calling literally every CVS pharmacy in lower Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, as well as a number of Mom and Pop pharmacies, trying to locate a medication with supply chain issues. All but one pharmacist were grumpy, because they get these calls constantly. I was starting to ration my medication, taking half my daily dose, because it looked like my pharmacy wouldn't have it in for at least 10 days. I felt physically terrible and was bracing to have a few days where I'd have no medication at all.

I signed up for MedFinder, thinking that the worst case scenario was I'd lose $50.

Overnight, they found a pharmacy that had my medication in stock! I picked it up at a Mom and Pop pharmacy in NYC's Chinatown that I never would have thought to call. The pharmacist there was lovely.

I am so thankful; this saved me a massive amount of time and stress. I wish I had known about MedFinder four days earlier, so I wouldn't have made 40+ calls myself. I think MedFinder is a wonderful service that fills in the gap created by understaffed pharmacies and a health care system that doesn't always work so well.

After nearly a week of bumbling around without my meds I finally googled ‘find my meds’…and lo and behold! Up came Medfinder! What’s more, when I bought one search, within an hour they found a pharmacy 30 minutes away with my elusive medication. They saved the day! Easy to put in the info, and well worth the fairly high cost!

I really hate that they require a bunch of personal information before they reveal that it costs $50 for one search. I did not complete the purchase.

No matter the time of day I got answers. Including text messages immediately. I’ve been having such a hard time finding my medicine thru Walgreens. Always in back order. Medford immediately I mean within hours gave me the name of the pharmacy near me that had it in stock. Your service is impeccable. The website kept telling me that the pharmacies were all closed in the middle of the day. I ended up having to find the medication on my own and was still charged $50 for them looking.

I literally went over a year trying desperately to find meds that would work for me that I could actually get a hold of in NYC. I had been on stable meds for over a decade but suddenly a shortage made them nearly impossible to find. My job, relationship and mental and physical health suffered.

I love this service. I was stressed about finding a prescription that I was about to run out of and demoralized by spending hours calling pharmacies, waiting on hold, and then being told they were out. I booked Medfinder as a last resort. They found it and my prescription was filled within 24 hours.

Fraud. I requested a specific Medicine, Brand required. By merchant own initiative changed the Brand to Generic and classified as researched 2 times instead of 1, taking away 2 out of 3 credits purchased for 120$.

I don’t understand the positive reviews, the behavior is completely fraudulent and I got no value for my 120$ and I wasn’t refunded for my money.

If your prescription medications are hard to find, I strongly recommend that you use Medfinder. My medication was on backorder and I was running low. I could not find it anywhere. After spinning my wheels trying to do it myself for a while, I came across Medfinder. This service found my medication ant a nearby pharmacy, and answered all of my inquiries promptly through the process. I never write reviews but I feel that Medfinder truly deserves this praise. Medicine that I’ve taken for years was unavailable . I called 10 pharmacies and my doctors office did the same to no avail. I looked into Medfinder and figured I would give it a try. I’m so happy that I did. It took a few days but they were able to locate the medicine for me at a pharmacy I had already called! Not only did they find it but they made multiple calls to the pharmacy and gave me text updates throughout the process. I’m a retired teacher who tried to teach my students the importance of pride and ownership in their work. Medfinder gave me hope that there are people left in this world that do their job well to completion! I was worried after the first pharmacy they found didn’t take my insurance I would get charged a second time. They were very cool about it, found one with my insurance at no extra cost. Very satisfied.

I was in a rut because there seems to be an ADHD med shortage here in NoVA and I was stressing out because I start work in a couple of days. I was looking for my meds for over a week until a friend pinged me to recommend MedFinder. So I booked their service. And within the next morning I got notified what pharmacy had it. They were very responsive too with inquiries and concerns and very accommodating. I felt so much relief and was able to pick up my prescription in the pharmacy they directed me to. This service saved me so much time and the stress of calling around to different pharmacies. I used the first-time coupon code and saved $10, which was a nice bonus. While it’s a bit on the pricey side, they found a pharmacy within 30 minutes of my house and texted me all the details, including the pharmacist’s name. All I had to do was have my doctor transfer the prescription, and it was filled right away. Even better, it was at the chain pharmacy I normally use, so they already had my information. Seamless.
