Looking at their website, there is a "can we help" feature. I asked a question this morning because I am interested in buying a product online. However the response (after putting in my name and email address) was "Thanks for contacting us. We are currently unavailable to chat. We have received your message and will get back to you shortly." I tried again about 6 hours later because I did not get an email from them, but I got the same response. This leads me to believe the company is bogus, though google searches confirm they are a real company, well-established here in Ireland. Today is a Thursday, and I am not aware of any holiday so why is there no response from this company?

Excellent customer service - dealt with a few different staff in Medguard who were all very helpful but in particular Darren and Dean who work there.

Very pleasant to deal with! I called their office and got through to Becky, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She patiently listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions with clarity and professionalism. Becky made the whole experience seamless and stress-free, would definitely recommend!

Extremely difficult company to deal with. No show on purchased items which (on their website) promises "next day delivery" and nothing but dismissive and unurgent responses from 'customer care' staff. Avoid this disastrous Irish business that uses the equally notoriously unreliable couriers DPD to send goods.
