Brilliant Advanced Communication Skills Course!
Really thorough course for advanced communication, small personal groups, deep discussion and coverage of a range of topics from breaking bad news, difficult conversations, angry patients and resolving conflict. A good balance of theory, quizzes, reflection and role-plays involved, very useful. If I had to nit-pick, I'd say it would be really helpful to receive personalised feedback from the professional running the course as well as colleagues for further validation. More roleplays would have been amazing, but given the amount of time we had and all the details we had to cram in, it was a really well planned and essential session that I will certainly be remembering when encountering challenging consultations in the future!
