Consultant interview course was fine - I like the format but the feedback from facilitator was very lengthly and it feels like we could have spent far far more time covering questions as a group

It was enjoyable, I learned a lot about how to tackle difficult patients and hard conversations with colleagues. I learned how to give and accept/react negative( I prefer constructive feedback). I learned strategies to turn aggressive or violent communication to productive talk.
