I recently got accepted into Dental school and Just want to say a huge thank for the team at study mind especially to Nikki, extremely helpful from choosing the right tutors to answering any questions or concerns and dealt with them efficently. Really grateful for her! Secondly a huge thank you to my tutors Ruhab, Phoebe, and Mohammed who helped me with my ucat and interview prep. very professional and supportive, willing to adapt to my own needs and as simple as it sounds, they wanted me to do well which I really appreciate. Special thanks to Atiya who made me feel so much more confident about my brunel interview as I couldn’t find much information about it online. Don’t know what I would’ve done without her! She was very patient and gave in depth explanations for all the practice questions we did, as well as making me a powerpoint to help.

I found Medic Mind really useful in preparing for medicine interviews. I was tutored by Katerina and she really helped me improve my answers and build up my confidence for my interviews. I received a medicine offer soon after my interview and I think Medic Mind was really helpful in allowing me to succeed.

The woman helping me was really helpful in making sure my answers were as perfect as they could be for my interview. Would reccomend!

Highly recommend the Medic Mind tutouring program and courses for applicants to Veterinary Medicine

We had an overall positive experience, found it easy to reach out to members of their team over WhatsApp if there were any difficulties, and there were plenty of tutors to choose from. Overall, no issues, and would recommend.

I cannot recommend Hafsah highly enough. After failing my June GPhC exam, I panicked and booked lessons with her in the weeks leading up to my November resit. Hafsah goes into incredible depth and explains everything so clearly, breaking down complex topics in a way that finally made sense to me. She is incredibly supportive and always helpful outside of lesson hours, consistently making herself available to answer questions during revision. Her guidance, reassurance and structured approach completely transformed my confidence and understanding. I’m so grateful to say I passed my November exam and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without her.

I am sharing my painful experience in the hope of receiving a resolution. My son, Mahboob Khan, made a $379 AUD payment for an MMI course on 15/12/25 by mistake. Since then, I have been trying to request a refund, but I have not been able to reach anyone.

I have contacted Medic Mind through WhatsApp, the phone numbers listed on their website, and their online contact form. Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. I have the payment receipt and bank transaction screenshot ready to provide.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone from the team could please reach out and help resolve this matter.

This is something potential dentists need to read. I booked the four different circuits for dentistry MMI please do not be fooled. Unfortunately they do not tailor this they give you the impressions it’s for dentists it’s not. It’s all medicine focused. After the first one I contacted them to express my disappointment. They came back and said that the skills are transferable and also said ‘ Our tutors can, however, tailor the content and feedback specifically for Dentistry to ensure it’s relevant to your daughter’s preparation.’ be warned this doesn’t happen we tried another and yet again not tailoring at all references to medics and they just read off a power point. I would strongly suggest if you look at an alternative as this does not deliver what they say they do for dentists. Since I have asked for a refund for the two remaining ones I have booked they have ignored my emails completely it just speaks volumes about the company

I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding support I received from my bioinformatics tutor, Aviral, especially during one of the most challenging parts of my course — the UCSC Genome Browser assignment. What initially felt overwhelming and complex became manageable, thanks to Aviral’s expert guidance.

He has a remarkable ability to simplify intricate bioinformatics tools and concepts, walking me through each step of the assignment with patience and clarity. His teaching style is not only thorough and well-structured, but also highly adaptive to my pace and learning style. Aviral ensured I didn’t just complete the task — he made sure I understood why each step mattered, which really helped solidify my confidence ahead of the exam.

Safee simply smashed it with the sessions. He found a way to perfectly balance teaching and pulling information out of me during our sessions. Going into my dental interview I was feeling nervous, but about 5 minutes I realized, "hang on, this is much easier than our practices with Saf."

My tutor Pouria helped me a lot to revise effectively for the UCAT. This allowed me to get a great UCAT score which will allow me in turn to apply to many top universities and hopefully get a place there. His methods allowed me to shave off significant seconds and hr really takes time to listen to what you are struggling on in specific sections. Would definitely recommend.
